Some days ago, a criminal in his 50s carrying “electric foot-cuff” put many women to death. He yelled out that it is heartbreaking that he failed to murder more women when he was arrested. His remarks gave a great shock to south Korea. It is awful to live in south Korea as the criminals have slaughtered the women at random, south Korea has been reduced to a dreadful society, south Koreans said. They spend precarious days with fear and uneasiness. More than 5 000 former convicts carrying “electric foot-cuff” have been registered in south Korea. It is no more than a tip of iceberg. South Korea has been reduced to a habitat for crimes and the south Koreans are suffering from a nightmare.  |
