Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- The Japanese reactionaries more desperately persist in military buildup, clamoring about "defense vacuum" due to the withdrawal of the plan for deployment of Aegis Ashore.
And they plan to lay down an anti-ballistic missile warship and equip it with over 500 km-range missiles by 2022.
This outlines the possession of "capability of attacking enemy base" that has been claimed by Japan after the withdrawal of the Aegis Ashore plan, a dangerous move to prepare itself for a war of aggression against regional peace and stability.
Japan has already turned all its armed forces into offensive ones, free from the boundaries of "exclusive defense", under the signboard of protecting itself from threats posed by neighboring countries.
Japan is on a par with military powers in capability for long-distance mass transport of aggression army and in air force, space operation force, missile strike capability, etc.
If missile warships of Japan's Maritime "Self-Defense Force" ranges over the five oceans, to say nothing of its surrounding waters, under the signboard of intercepting enemy missiles, it would come to be a grave menace to the world.

Now, the media of different countries say that the possibility of Japan's use of attack weapons aboard special warships can not be ruled out, thereby posing a serious threat to the regional peace and security, adding Japan's constitution bans its possession of attack weapons, but the situation began being changed.
