The UK Korean Friendship Association and the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea held an online meeting on the 6th of September at 1430 hours , to mark the 72nd anniversary of the foundation of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea . The meeting was attended by members of the UK KFA and British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea , including a new UK KFA member . Also participating were the representative of KFA Switzerland and friends of People's Korea in Poland participated in the meeting . The Juche idea Study Group of Ireland and Brazilian Centre for the Study of Songun Politics also sent greetings to the meeting .

On the 9th of September 1948 72 years ago , the Democratic People's Republic of Korea , a Juche-orientated socialist state , was born. Now in its eight decade , the DPRK has proved to be a most durable socialist state.
The foundation of the DPRK was the birth of a new state of Juche in the far east ! The DPRK was the first people's democracy in Asia, a new kind of people's power. With the foundation of the DPRK the Korean people took power in their own hands......
Today People's Korea is one of the few countries in the world free from Covid 19 thanks to the wise policies of the DPRK government and Workers' Party of Korea headed by the respected Marshal KIM JONG UN . Today the DPRK is marching ahead holding high the banner of Juche , the banner of self-reliance bravely defying the sanctions of the imperialist hostile forces.
The DPRK will surely win final victory .
Shaun Pickford secretary general of the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and chairman of Staffordshire KFA said that the DPRK is an independent state with its own identity . He recalled visiting the DPRK for the 70th anniversary of the foundation of the DPRK . In particular he remembered the great military parade on September 9th and seeing the respected leader Marshal KIM JONG UN , also the mass game ' Glorious Country '
The Representative of KFA Switzerland said that he was also in the DPRK two years ago for the 70th anniversary of the foundation of the DPRK and was very impressed.
Discussions were held on the role of industry and the independent national economy in the DPRK as well Juche and national identity .
Dr Hudson said that on the 22nd of September it will be the 71st anniversary of the passing away of the immortal anti-Japanese revolutionary heroine and Mother of Korea Madam Kim Jong Suk who was the embodiment of true Juche-based , proletarian women's liberation .
Dr Hudson also said that it will be the 75th anniversary of the foundation of the Workers' Party of Korea on the 10th of October and we should prepare for that .
A letter to respected Marshal KIM JONG UN was adopted by the meeting.
