The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK and the Juche Idea
Study Group of England held a skype meeting on the 27th of September on
the 68th anniversary of the foundation of the DPRK and the immortal
classic work of the great leader comrade KIM IL SUNG "Let Us Step Up
Socialist Construction Under the Banner of the Juche Idea "
Participating in the meeting were members of the ASSPUK and JISGE from
London, from Liverpool ,from Peterborough and from Stoke On Trent .
President of the ASSPUK and JISGE Chairman Dermot Hudson said that he
was in the DPRK when it celebrated the 68th anniversary of its
foundation. It was particularly thrilling to be in the DPRK at the time
of the 5th nuclear test and the test of Hwasong missile unit.
The
chairman said he participated in the International Seminar on the Juche
Idea for Anti-Imperialism, Independence and Solidarity which was a great
success. He was convinced that the DPRK would win final victory .
Dermot Hudson spoke about the immortal classic work of the great
comrade KIM IL SUNG Let Us Step Up Socialist Construction Under the
Banner of the Juche Idea ". He said that the work marked the 30th
anniversary of the foundation of the DPRK . In the work President KIM IL
SUNG charted the progress of the DPRK and stated that the DPRK is the
gain of the Korean people. An advanced socialist system with an
independent national economy had been set up. President KIM IL SUNG put
forward the programmatic task to embody the Juche idea in all fields of
state activity by accelerating the three revolutions s stressing the
most important of these is the ideological revolution.This is a very
correct line for building socialism and is the reason for the durability
of socialism in the DPRK. The line of the three revolutions is
continued today by dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN . In the work
President KIM IL SUNG called for the reunification of Korea and
stressed the democratisation of south Korea including legalising the
Revolutionary Party for Reunification. Finally President KIM IL SUNG
called for the strengthening of the struggle against imperialism and
dominationism and gave a clear definition of dominationism . Chairman
Dermot Hudson concluded that although the work was written 38 years ago
it is relevant and valid as when it was written.
The UK KFA organisation secretary said that the ideological revolution is the most important of all.
James Taylor said that the line of the three revolutions is a most
correct one and the reason why the DPRK upholds the socialist banner
when other socialist countries including the German Democratic Republic
collapsed..
Shaun Pickford said that President KIM IL SUNG 's theory
of dominationism is a most mature one . Comrade Pickford also said that
the DPRK is an example and an inspiration to the people aspiring after
socialism and inspires the British socialist movement.
The meeting
discussed preparation for the meeting on 1st of October . It was decided
to prepare a resolution condemning the Royal Air Force's joint exercise
with the Jap imperialists.
