The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK),the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE),the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) and the UK Preparatory Committee For the 2017 Gathering to Praise the Great Persons Born of Mt Paektu issued the following joint statement supporting the calls of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea(DPRK) for the safe return of its abucted citizens:
Recently  diplomatic representatives of the DPRK  have written to the President of the UN Human Rights Council,  the UN Secretary General and the UN Commissioner for Human Rights  concerning the cases of the abduction of the 12 waitresses from Ningbo, Zhejiang Province of China to south Korea in April 2016 and the case of DPRK Citizen Ms Kim Ryon Hui who was tricked into going to south Korea in 2011 and has requested many times to be returned to the DPRK where her family are. The representatives of the DPRK have requested the assistance of the UN in these cases and had written letters previously requesting the assistance of the UN in the return of the abductees.
The abduction of the waitresses by the south Korean puppet National Intelligence Service is is a crime contrary to humanity, denying the most primary human rights, which are specified clearly in the Universal Declaration on Human Rights and relevant international human rights convention. The continuined enforced stay of Ms Kim Ryon Hui in south Korea is also a crime against humanity.
Our organisations  hope that the UN will show impartiality and uphold justice by assisting in the
return of the abductees to their homeland the DPRK where their families reside.
