London 13th of December 104(2015)The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK), the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) and the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) today issued a joint statement in support of the statement of the Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea(DPRK) issued on the 12th of December concerning the intensified moves of the US imperialists to stifle the DPRK using the spurious pretext of "human rights " ;
The US imperialists have again brought the issue of the DPRK's human rights to the UN Security Council (UNSC) by using their chairmanship of the UNSC and also by mobilising some sycophants , poodles and pro US regimes to support their moves.
It goes without saying that the DPRK's human rights and its internal affairs are not a legitimate subject for discussion at the UNSC as it is a matter strictly related to the sovereignty of the DPRK and outside the remit of the UNSC , in fact contrary to the UN charter . The moves of the US were correctly opposed by some UN member states . Those member states opposing the US moves have a combined population greater than that of the US so it can be said that the majority of the world's people are opposed to the anti- DPRK moves of the US
imperialists and their followers . The so-called "international community " often talked about by the US just means the US and a handful of imperialist states and their puppets .
The latest incident at the UNSC is just part of an ongoing campaign by the US imperialists to tarnish the image of Juche socialism in the DPRK and to undermine and stifle the DPRK's socialist system. In actual fact there is no such thing as a human rights issue in the DPRK . Everyone in the DPRK has the right to a job, the right to eat, the right to free education , the right to free health care and the right to housing. These rights are unknown in imperialist and capitalist countries . The delegations of our organisations, the ASSPUK, JISGE and UK KFA, visiting the DPRK several times did not see any large forced labour camps , these are fictitious , an invention of the twisted minds of those human scum who betrayed the DPRK and now venally serve the south Korean puppet clique and the US imperialists. Bringing such people to the UN is another crime committed by the US.
We support the stance of the DPRK Foreign Ministry that the UNSC instead of interfering in the internal affairs of the DPRK should instead address the issue of the numerous US war exercises in south Korea that threaten peace and also finally end the Korean War by the conclusion of a peace treaty between the US and DPRK which would replace the Korean Armistice Agreement. Moreover the UN should demonstrate impartiality and integrity by investigating US torture and US police killings.
We support the will and resolve of the DPRK , as manifested by the DPRK Foreign Ministry statement , to counter act the US anti- DPRK moves with a tough stand.
