Pyongyang, August 15 (KCNA) -- The Front Command of the Korean
People's Army (KPA) Saturday released the following open warning notice
as regards the fact that the south Korean puppet forces have resumed
overall broadcasting for "anti-north psychological warfare" from August
10 by deliberately linking the "mine explosion" in the demilitarized
zone in the western sector of the front with the DPRK and terming it "a
provocation from the north":
The resumption of the above-said broadcasting in the areas along the
front is a wanton violation of the military agreement between the north
and the south, a grave military provocation against the DPRK and a
serious case of pushing the inter-Korean relations to the worst phase.
Upon authorization, the KPA Front Command sends the following open
warnings to the south Korean puppet authorities and military:
They should take such measures as immediately stopping the resumed
broadcasting for "anti-north psychological warfare" and dismantling all
stationary or mobile psychological means which have been installed or in
the process of setting up.
The resumption of the broadcasting is a direct action of declaring a war against the DPRK.
If they turn down the demand of the DPRK, it would start an all-out
military action of justice to blow up all means for "anti-north
psychological warfare" in all areas along the front.
All means used for "anti-north psychological warfare," whether they
are fixed or mobile, will never escape the strike of the KPA.
They should not forget that the KPA military action means
indiscriminate strikes which envisage even possible challenge and
escalating counteraction.
In case a graver situation is created and the inter-Korean relations
are pushed to rock bottom due to their defiance of the DPRK's warning,
they would be held fully accountable for the ensuing consequences.
The KPA makes no empty talk. -0-
