Pyongyang, June 25 (KCNA) -- The hostile forces including the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces set up the "UN office for human rights performance" in Seoul.
This shows that they have reached an extremely provocative phase in their moves to stamp out the ideology and social system in the DPRK under the pretext of "human rights issue".
The "office" is an illegal organization which the south Korean puppet forces and their followers cooked up in order to do harm to a sovereign state in wanton violation of the UN Charter and international law, being pursuant to the U.S. scenario.
We have warned more than once that the opening of the "office" would be an unpardonable anti-DPRKcriminal act of escalating tension on the Korean peninsula and in the region and inciting confrontation.
However, the setting up of this ghost-like "office" is a hideous politically-motivated provocation blatantly challenging the dignity and social system of the DPRK.
The hostile forces claim the opening of the "office" is pursuant to the "resolution" of the UN Human Rights Council but they can never hide their conspiratorial nature.
The U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces seek to make south Korea a base of breeding plots over "human rights" and internationalize the anti-DPRK "human rights" racket with the "office" as a centre. They organized the UN "seminar on human rights in the north" and "seminar attended by defectors from the north" in New York as part of arrangements for the opening of the "office" and made a string of nonsense against the DPRK in a bid to do harm to its inviolable sovereignty and dignified social system.
The "office" is nothing but a tool for executing the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK and a plot-breeding center collecting misinformation fabricated by the riff-raffs for money. It, therefore, regards anti-DPRK activities as a means for its existence.
Anti-DPRK "human rights" campaign is the only mission of the "office".
The puppet forces allowed the establishment of the "office" which is rejected by other countries, a clear indication that their inveterate repugnance against the ideology and social system of the fellow countrymen and deep-seated ambition for escalating confrontation have reached the extremity.
It is a pipe dream for the U.S. and the puppet forces to try to bring down the DPRK by such despicable means and methods as the opening of the "office".
The opening of the "office" has touched off towering indignation of the army and people of the DPRK.
The hostile forces will be forced to pay a dear price for setting up the "office". -0-
