U.S. Urged Not to Adventure Military Actions

Pyongyang, June 1 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Korea Asia-Pacific Peace Committee in a statement Thursday denounced the U.S. for having gone desperate to modernize and boost the attack capabilities of nuclear strategic assets, to be hurled into the Korean peninsula in case of contingency, while staging joint military drills after introducing Carl Vinson and Ronald Reagan nuclear carrier strike groups into the East Sea of Korea.

The statement said:

This evidently proves again that the U.S. intention to bring down the DPRK by force, hold a military edge in the Asia-Pacific region and, furthermore, realize its dream of world domination will never change and that the chief culprit rendering the situation of the Korean peninsula and the region extremely tense is none other than the U.S.

Problem is that such military reinforcement is pushed forward when the U.S. high-ranking authorities let out such rhetoric that "it would neither seek regime change nor invasion of the north but leave the social system intact" and "war with the north would bring disaster".

Through the long stand-off with it, the DPRK is well aware of the crafty nature of the U.S. always watching for a chance while spurring the preparations for a war of aggression behind the talk of "peace".

If the U.S. pursues military stand-off, failing to face up to the reality, the DPRK has the intent to pester it more and present it with bigger "package of gift" in the end.

The U.S. had better make a wise option though belatedly, before it may face further disgrace, clearly understanding that time, justice and final victory all belong to the DPRK holding firm the most powerful nuclear weapon. -0-
