Sycophancy and Submission to U.S. Lead to Ruin: Rodong Sinmun

Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- The present south Korean regime professing "democratic reform" is claiming that the "alliance" with the U.S. is the "backbone of its diplomatic and security policies", "security signboard guaranteeing the prosperity of Northeast Asia" and "the most successful one".
Rodong Sinmun says in a commentary Friday that the south Korea-U.S. "alliance" is, in essence, no more than a lever for domination and subordination and noose of submission.

It goes on:
The real ruler of south Korea is none other than the U.S. who maintains all power there.
South Korea is a colony of the U.S. as it has neither actual power nor prerogative over the army and its economy and culture depend on others.
The shameful history of south Korea-U.S. "alliance" which has lasted for more than a half century was a vicious cycle of tragedy in which the pro-U.S. lackeys offered all benefits of the nation to their master amid the U.S. colonial domination over south Korea getting tightened.
It is the south Korea-U.S. "alliance" that resulted in the vicious cycle of catastrophic north-south relations. The U.S. has persistently checked the improvement of the north-south relations, swayed by misgivings that such improvement would make it lose justification for its military presence in south Korea and an advanced base to militarily contain big powers of Northeast Asia and realize the ambition for global domination.
The history shows that when the "alliance" gets developed the tension of the Korean peninsula grows acuter and the distrust and confrontation between the north and the south are getting serious.

  Although it is 23 years since that fateful day in  July 1994 , the shining light of the memory of the great leader President KIM IL SUNG is undimmed. We Juche Idea followers, Songun idea followers and true friends of People's Korea in the UK recall his great exploits with deep pride.
   The great leader President KIM IL SUNG worked all his life for the independence of the people. . He was a tireless fighter who battled against imperialism all his life leading the Korean people first against the rapacious Japanese imperialists, then against the barbaric US imperialists . President KIM IL SUNG waged a 15 year long  armed struggle against the Japanese imperialists becoming a legendary general distinguished by his adroit guerrilla tactics. He gave the Korean people independence and liberation , something that is so precious it cannot be bartered for billions of tons of gold bullion.
   President KIM IL SUNG was the ever-victorious iron-willed brilliant commander and gifted military strategist who defeated the Yankee imperialist aggressors who had tried to crush People's Korea when it was young . Thus again he defended the independence of the people.
  Under the leadership of  the great leader President KIM IL SUNG ,two stages of revolution were carried out : the anti-imperialist,anti-feudal democratic revolution and the socialist revolution.He founded the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) , an unique socialist state of Juche centred on the popular masses , a peoples paradise  The DPRK has proved to be a most durable ,stable and harmonious socialist state.    The great leader comrade KIM IL SUNG ensured that Rightist and Leftist deviations were avoided in the construction of socialism. Moreover socialism in Korea was not a copy of another country but Korean-style socialism, an independent Juche socialism. The DPRK upheld socialist principles when others introduced capitalist-style methods.
   Independence, independence and independence was the creed of the great leader President KIM IL SUNG . He authored the Juche Idea which lights the road of independence for the popular masses and teaches us that man is the master of everything .  The Juche idea captivated the anti-imperialists and revolutionaries throughout the world . Thousands of seminars on the Juche idea have been held all over the world.

the US :

  The US imperialists under the leadership of fascist warmaniac Trump have increased their threats against People's Korea and piled on massive sanctions on the DPRK even going to the length of sanctioning third parties . Recently , the U.S. has deployed USS Nimitz strike group in the western Pacific, the operational theatre of its 7th Fleet. The nuclear carrier strike group is going to kick off a naval operation for tackling the contingency on the Korean peninsula together with the already deployed Ronald Reagan nuclear carrier strike group. Flights by nuclear B1B bombers have continued and surface to air missiles have been brought into south Korea.

  The US imperialists are continually putting military pressure on the DPRK , this can only bring the ominous prospect of war on the Korean peninsula which could easily spill over into a third world war.

  The Trump regime in the US should come its senses and realise that it is the will of the people and army of the DPRK to wipe out the US imperialists the sworn enemy of the Korean people.

   As stated by the National Peace Committee of Korea of the DPRK the south Korean puppets  joint drills of bombing the nuclear facilities of the DPRK in south Korea and the U.S. mainland, together with the U.S. imperialist aggression forces. On June 23rd they test fired a ballistic missile in the presence of the chief executive of south Korea.
   The new south Korean chief executive styles himself a 'liberal' and a 'progressive' has done nothing to discourage war provocations of the south Korean puppets and has not heeded the DPRK's sincere proposals for peace and reconciliation.
 If south Korea is truly serious about peace then they should stop war provocation rackets and accept the the DPRK peace proposals.

S. Korean Authorities Hit for Inciting Military Confrontation with DPRK

Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the National Peace Committee of Korea gave an answer to question raised by KCNA on Thursday as regards the fact that the south Korean authorities are inciting military confrontation with the DPRK, clamoring about "threat of the north's provocation".

He said:

Recently the south Korean puppet military warmongers staged joint drills of bombing the nuclear facilities of the DPRK in south Korea and the U.S. mainland, together with the U.S. imperialist aggression forces.

Then they are running amuck in provocative anti-DPRK war drills such as "unification drill in 2017" with June 25 as a momentum.

Meanwhile, high-ranking authorities including the "prime minister" cried out for the "counter-actions to the north's practical threat", visiting the military units in frontline area and "south Korea-U.S. joint division". The designated defence minister unhesitatingly made reckless remarks that "he would make the battle front proceed northward so that the units can fight in north area".

In particular, the south Korean chief executive talked about "high-pitched growth of the north's missile provocation" and said that "it is possible to have dialogue in case they have strong military capability" while personally inspecting the test-fire of ballistic missile aimed at the DPRK on June 23. The south Korean puppet authorities and conservative media are expressing this as a "warning message to the north".

This is a blatant challenge to the DPRK's sincere call for defusing the military tension between the north and the south and a traitorous criminal act of joining in the U.S. war moves against the DPRK.

Moreover, the south Korean regime which was deprived of its military sovereignty by the U.S. is working hard to fight against the DPRK, repeating the word "independent national defense", unaware of where it stands. It is utterly ridiculous.

If the south Korean authorities sincerely wish for the north-south dialogue and peace, they should respond to the DPRK's patriotic appeal to defuse the military tension between the north and the south with the spirit of "By Our Nation Itself", not resorting to the military confrontation yielding to the U.S., the principal enemy, and pleasing the conservative forces.

They had better listen to the DPRK's warning and advice carefully and make a proper choice. -0-

  The south Korean puppets  are refusing to repatriate the abducted DPRK citizens and justifying their detention, falsely  asserting that Kim Ryon Hui and 12 women citizens of the DPRK who were abducted in group "defected from the north and settled in south Korea according to their free will" and that there is no reason to "repatriate them, according to south Korean laws.
  This is disgraceful . It is another provocation against the socialist system of the DPRK . It is the will and desire of the Ms Kim Ryon Hui and the 12 women citizens to return to their socialist homeland . No one would want to live in under the reactionary anti-popular corrupt decadent capitalist system of south Korea.
  The present south Korean authorities are proving that they are as bad as the previous fascist dictatorship of Park Geun Hye.
 If the present south Korean authorities really respect human rights  and want reunification then they should repatriate the women citizens of the DPRK back to the DPRK !
 We support the demand for their unconditional repatriation .

Military Power of the DPRK Clearly Proved Through Parade

Military Pressure Will Only Precipitate Destruction of U.S.: Spokesman for No-Nuclear War Committee

Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) -- A spokesman of the Pan-Korean Emergency Measure Committee for Opposing Nuclear War Drills against the DPRK released a statement Thursday to condemn the U.S. for recently enhancing military threat and blackmail against the DPRK while imposing the toughest sanctions on it.

The statement said:

The U.S. has deployed USS Nimitz strike group in the western Pacific, the operational theater of its 7th Fleet. The nuclear carrier strike group is going to kick off a naval operation for tackling the contingency on the Korean peninsula together with the already deployed Ronald Reagan nuclear carrier strike group.

Against this backdrop, the U.S. brought its B-1B formation stationed on Guam to the sky above south Korea on June 20 to stage a mock nuclear bomb dropping drill. It is blustering that it will let its strategic bombers make sorties toward the sky above the peninsula more than once a month routinely.

It also brought long-range air-to-surface missiles to its airbase in Kunsan, North Jolla Province of south Korea in a bid to strike Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK, and other major strategic objects. And it let the commander of the Second Division of its army present in south Korea call for "scaling up south Korea-U.S. joint drills" in a public appearance.

This is just a risky and reckless military move driving the already acute situation on the Korean peninsula to the brink of a nuclear war and a blatant challenge to all Koreans and other peace-loving peoples in the world aspiring after peace and security on the peninsula.

What merits more serious attention is the fact that the U.S. is hyping its outrageous military pressure on the DPRK through media, continuously bringing its lethal hardware for a nuclear war to the peninsula.

This shows that the U.S. military scenario to ignite a nuclear war on the peninsula at any cost has gone beyond the red line and the Trump administration's advertisement for the exclusion of military option from the "maximum pressure and engagement" policy is no more than a sly trick to cover up their scenario for a war against the DPRK including a preemptive nuclear strike.

The Trump administration should not run riot, thinking twice about the catastrophic consequences to be entailed by its foolhardy military moves. It should properly understand the spirit and will of the Korean army and people to annihilate the enemy and finally conclude the standoff with the U.S. -0-

  As has been revealed by a number of media outlets such as the  Asahi Shimbun and RT.com , south Korean fascist puppet boss Park Geun Hye , who was ousted from power back in December 2016 following a massive corruption , had ordered the south Korean National Intelligence Service to assasinate the supreme leadership of the DPRK . Apparently they planned to do this through a car crash or by a rail accident . Earlier in May a counter-revolutionary terrorist working for the US CIA and the south Korean National Intelligence Service was apprehended and confessed to his crimes. Now these revealations have come out in the media of various countries.
  The truth is now there for everyone to see . The south Korean fascist puppet regime has now been shown to be a terrorist state . The south Korean puppets along with the US CIA  have been exposing as working for forcible regime through the use of state-sponsored terrorism . Why hasn't south Korea been dragged before an international court and branded as  a terrrorist state we ask ?
  All the measures that People's Korea has taken against spies, counter-revolutionaries and class enemies has proved to have been fully justified !
 We strongly denouce the grave crimes of Park Geun Hye and her cohort Ri Pyong Ho former director of the south NIS against People's Korea , its supreme leadership and the socialist system. Total Solidarity with Peoples Korea ! ! Withdraw US troops-presentation made by Dr Dermot Hudson to UK KFA

The Korean war provoked entirely by the US imperialists and their south Korean puppets was a horrendous genocidal war against the Korean people . The aim of the US was not "freedom" and "democracy" but conquest and enslavement. The aim of the US was to seize the northern half of Korea in order to have a strategic bridgehead , so that they could have their troops on the borders of China and the Soviet Union . In fact General Douglas MacArthur wanted to turn the Korean war into a war against China. It was part and parcel of the "roll back " strategy of US imperialism and the so called "Truman doctrine."

The fact that John Foster Dullles, US secretary of state , visited south Korea on the 19th of June 1950 only a week before the war started proves beyond all reasonable doubt the role of the US in provoking the war. The Foster-Dulles visit involved tours of front-line areas .

The US imperialists, the ringleader of the world imperialism and international reactionaries, provoked a war in Korea on the 25th of June 1950 by instigating their south Korean puppets to attack the young Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea. The US imperialists were hungry for profits and conquest. The US imperialists fought an unjust aggressive war against the Korean people. The US imperialists launched a war of conquest against the DPRK , a war to destroy the Juche-based people's democratic system in the DPRK as well to destroy socialism in Asia and the world.

The British role in the Fatherland Liberation War was truly shameful .The UK was one of 15 satellite states of the US that sent troops to fight against the Korean people . The other countries that form the roll of dishonour and disgace are :Luxemburg, Netherlands, Belgium, Greece France, Colombia, Turkey, New Zealand , Australia , South Africa , Ethiopia , Thailand and the Phlippines(Japan participated in the Korean War secretly). It is significant that the UK found itself fighting not only on the same side as US imperialism but with Apartheid South Africa, Colombia of the death squads, fascist Greece , Haile Selaissie's Ethopia and other very reactionary regimes against an independent , progressive ,democratic and anti-imperialist government . Thus the Korean war was a totally reactionary one that held back the liberation struggle of the Korean people and the reunification of Korea.

Indeed the British role in Korea for the past 150 years has been a most shameful one. It was Britain that secretly helped Japan to invade Korea and colonise Korea.

The government of Clement Attlee , which is praised in some quarters but was actually responsible for surrendening Britain's independence by taking the UK into NATO and also purging communists from the civil service ,was a willing accomplice in the aggression against the Korean people. Attlee sent young men to fight in Korea against the Korean People's Army commanded by the great leader Marshal KIM IL SUNG. Basically British troops were turned into cannon fodder and mercenaries for US imperialism. Attlee(Labour ) and Churchill(Conservative) sold the lives of British young men for a measly handful of US dollars. In fact in order to pay for the cost of sending the troops to Korea was paid for by increasing prescription charges.

Among the British forces sent to the Korean front was the Royal Ulster Rifles which had Suppressed the Irish people and committed many atrocities during the northern Ireland troubles. The British Army held back the reunification of Korea in the 1950s and also held back the reunification of Ireland.

As Julian Tunstall who served in the 1st battalion of the Middlesex Regiment of the British Army pointed out in his book "I fought in Korea " many of the British conscripts did not want to fight in Korea , as Tunstall said "Well if they want a war let them have one:let 'em fight it out " we said "But we don't want their war "

Tunstall describes graphically the real nature of British imperialism and US imperialism i

" In the nine months I spent in Korea I felt most deeply about the outright discrimination against Koreans,whether in the north or in the south,by the white men of many Western and allegedly more civilised nations.Secondly, I saw a process of destruction in which there was no attempt to confine the war to what is usually demanded by military necessity...Officers gave such orders as 'Shoot everything in White ' and 'Take no prisoners ' . Since 'everything in white includes virtually every Korean civilian ,it is not surprising that the greatest number of causalities in the war were civilians..

I will regret that I went to Korea to fight the people'.

Tunstall also details how those Koreans who helped the British forces either as translators or workers received nothing in return.

The British troops basically fought against the liberation of south Korea by the Korean People's Army and helped to prop up the reactionary and fascistic puppet regime of Sygnham Rhee that had been on the verge of collapse just before the Korean War. The British troops fought to "rollback " socialism and national liberation and to bolster the oppressive and exploitative rule of the south Korean landlords and capitalists. This is a crime

The Korean people led by the great revolutionary leader and national hero Marshal KIM IL SUNG, a true military strategic genius and ever-victorious iron-willed brilliant commander fought a fierce anti- imperialist, anti- US struggle against US imperialism and the allied forces of international reaction. It was a fierce class struggle against the enemies of the people. The Korean people fought a national liberation war against the Yankee imperialist invaders, a war of justice for independence and freedom and also a war to reunify the sacred mottherland.

The US killed over 1,200,000 million civilians in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea . During the war the US indiscriminately bombed the DPRK as well as carrying out deliberate and premeditated massacres of civilians.

The US imperialists committed horrendous and stomach-turning atrocities in all parts of Korea.Our delegation , consisting of myself , Shaun Pickford and David Munoz visited the Sinchon Ri Museum which serves as a memorial to the 35,383 people murdered by the US imperialists during their temporary occupation of the area. Similar atrocities took place at Susan Ri and also at Rogun-ri in south Korea. The US not only used napalm in Korea but also biological weapons that are outlawed under international law. Recently the US has shipped anthrax into south Korea with the express intent of repeating the disaster of biological warfare.

 

The most fitting tribute to those who died in the Korean War is to campaign for the withdrawal of US troops from the south of Korea and for the reunification of Korea.

  June 25^th to July 27^th is designated as the Month of Solidarity with the Korean people. This was initiated by the Tricontential Peoples Solidarity Organisation in the 1960s . We join with friendship and solidarity organisations throughout the world and progressive people everywhere in calling for the total and unconditional withdrawal of US troops from the south of Korea . The US must end its anti DPRK policy . 

The US imperialists are building up their armed forces in south Korea with new weapons as well as continuing to carry out military exercises against the DPRK.They have indefinitely postponed the handover of wartime operation control to south Korea and has created a combined US-south Korean army division. The US and its south Korean puppets are intensifying their anti-DPRK campaign under the spurious pretext of "human rights". People's Korea fully needs and deserves total solidarity against US imperialism.

Finally it is time for the Korean Armistice Agreement ,which is over 60 years old, to be replaced by a proper and permanent peace treaty.

Today People's Korea or Juche Korea stands imposingly in the far east as the fortress of miliant anti-imperialism ! Visit the DPRK and you will breathe the atmophere of militant revolutionary anti-imperialism .  The tanks and vehicles of the Korean People's Army  carry the slogan " Let us wipe out the US imperialist aggressors  the sworn enemy of the Korean people " , probably the DPRK is the only country in the world to carry such a strong and militant slogan . Back in October 2015 I asked my guide what the Korean word for the US imperialists was , she translated it with a sound of deep contempt in her voice and added  ' We hate the US imperialists '.


                                        

Whilst others have dropped militant anti-imperialist slogans and have compromised with the US imperialists ,even jabbering that they will  build "a more robust and mature relationship" with the US imperialists , People's Korea guided by the revolutionary Songun idea and the anti-imperialist independent Juche idea , maintains a  strong , militant and uncompromising anti-US , anti imperialist stand . As the great leader President KIM IL SUNG said "All imperialism, without exception, is aggressive in nature, be it Japanese imperialism or US imperialism, the imperialism of yesterday or the imperialism of today.
Just as the brutish nature of a wolf cannot change, so the aggressive nature of imperialism can never change. Catch a wolf cub and raise it; the beast will still do harm to people and flee into the mountains when it grows up. If the aggressive nature of imperialism changed, it would mean that imperialism had already ceased to exist. So long as imperialism remains, its aggressive nature will remain.
 The DPRK neither forgets nor forgives the US imperialists . During the Fatherland Liberation War (or Korean War ) provoked by the US imperialists millions were killed by the Yankee imperialists. One such place was Sinchon which is about 2 hours by road from Pyongyang . Here a museum was established to remember those who died but more importantly to educated people about the nature of US imperialism . The museum was rebuilt and expanded in July 2015. Dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN visited Sinchon in November 2014 and declared  "The massacres committed by the U.S. imperialist aggressors in Sinchon evidently showed that they are cannibals and homicides seeking pleasure in slaughter" He gave  the task for rebuilding and expanding the Sinchon Museum  pointing out that "illusion about the enemy just means death and any slightest illusion about the enemy may lead to the renunciation of the revolution and eventually spoil it.". 
                              

The new Sinchon museum was constructed at the site of where the massacre of mothers and children occurred . Previously people would visit the museum which stood in the town of Sinchon and then come to the spot where the US imperialists murdered mothers and children . Visiting museum in October 2015 and April 2017  which was much bigger than the old one we saw the grim and truly stomaching turning evidence of the Yankee imperialists crime in Korea. The US imperialist army had temporarily occupied Sinchon County , south Hwanghae province from October 1950 to December 1950. The US imperialists and their local Korean colloborators -various treacherous scum such as ex-landlords, ex-capitalists ,usurers and backward reactionaries - murdered over 35,383 people , more than 500 people per day . Really the Yankees and their puppets outdid the Nazis in terms of savagery ,as they managed to kill so many people in such a short space of time and in a confined area. The US imperialists used all kinds of barbaric and bestial methods of killing and acted like wild animals .
  The new Sinchon Museum is equipped with the latest technology and even includes sound effects. An atmosphere of ant-US , anti-imperialist militancy was created by the song "Death to the US imperialist aggressors " being played over the PA system. There were anti US posters on display and one could purchase cheaply booklets such as "Sinchon Indicts the Yankee barbarians " . Real no-nonsense anti-imperialism which you will rarely find anywhere else in the world. There is also
a revenge pledging ground as well. People's Korea does not simply educate people about the horrors of US imperialism but urges them to take revenge on the US imperialists !
    Elsewhere in the DPRK there are centres of anti-US,anti-imperialist education . For example at Susan Ri, Kangso District , which was the site of another brutal and terrible US massacre. Recently a National Class Education Hall has been opened in the vicinity of the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum . Visiting the Pyongyang Orphans Secondary School in October 2015 we saw an anti-imperialist class education room. The DPRK devotes much effort to anti-imperialist education . As deaer respected Marshal KIM JONG UN said "   U.S. imperialism is the arch-villain of aggression which came into being and got fattened with aggression and plundering, he pointed out. Its nature and brutality as an aggressor remain unchanged forever, and if there is any change today, it has got more insidious and crafty in the method to satisfy its greed for aggression...To intensify the class education is more urgent today when the younger generation, who experienced neither exploitation and oppression nor the stern trials of war, have emerged the driving force of the revolution. The class education should not be delayed or neglected for a moment though time passes and generations are replaced, but it should be intensified in depth and on a permanent basis.
    As fish cannot live without water, it is impossible to think about sovereign life of people and dignity and value of human beings without anti-imperialist, anti-U.S. education and class education " 
  The DPRK is probably unique in the world in carrying out such a thoroughgoing anti-US, anti-imperialist education . It is the only country in the world to have a museum like the Sinchon Museum You will not see any strong anti-imperialism in neighbouring China . Visting  the supposedly socialist country of Hungary in the 1980s one did not find any anti-Americanism or anti-imperialism there but instead Madonna records and RamboT shirts were on sale and a McDonalds opened in the fashionable Vaci Utca(Street). In the USSR back in the early 1960s the traitor Khruschov had declared peaceful co-existence with US imperialism to be the order of the day and dropped anti-imperialists , worse was to follow when Gorbachov announced 'perestroika ' and 'glasnost'  blabbering about "universal human values "  and a 'new era of ideology free international relations' (needless to say Gorbachov ran the USSR into the ground within the space of 6 years) . Some placed great hopes in China which put up anti-imperialist slogans in the 60s and flowery talk about 'hands across the ocean ' , however these dissolved into "reform " and "opening up " with the Chinese proclaiming themselves as "strategic partners" of US imperialism. Shamefully China has imposed sanctions on the DPRK rather than applauding its excellent anti-imperialist stand . Thus in todays world it is the DPRK that holds high the flag of militant anti-Americanism, anti-imperialism.
  People's Korea is a proud independent country of anti-imperialist , anti-US spirit , the like of which is not seen in any other land ! People who hate US imperialism must give People's Korea the unstinting and unconditional support that it deserves.

DPRK Security Ministries and Central Public Prosecutors Office Sentence Terrorists to Death Penalty

Pyongyang, June 28 (KCNA) -- The Ministry of State Security, the Ministry of People's Security and the Central Public Prosecutors Office of the DPRK Wednesday released a joint statement as the enemies' moves to stifle the DPRK at any cost have reached an extremely grave phase of committing hideous state-sponsored terrorism targeting the DPRK supreme leadership.

There have been a series of revelation of state-sponsored terrorism of the enemies targeting the supreme leadership of the DPRK, the statement said, and went on:

The revelation showed that Park Geun Hye of south Korea pushed forward the operation of "removing the north's leadership" in collusion with the Intelligence Service during her tenure, in the wake of the detection of a group of hideous terrorist criminals who were infiltrated by the CIA and puppet IS into the DPRK for the purpose of state-sponsored terrorism against its supreme leadership with the use of bio-chemical substance.

It was disclosed that Park had pushed forward the "operation to replace the supreme leadership of the north" in secrecy since the end of 2015 and even the "assassination" plot was included in the secret operational plan that was spearheaded by IS.

At that time Park ignored the experts' report that "the north's regime change will be difficult" but welcomed IS report to the effect that "the situation is instable in the north and therefore, regime change can be possible" and examined the IS secret operational plan targeting "replacement of the north's leadership" and directly signed it.

The villains even thought about disguising the operation as car or train accident, while calling for paying special attention so that their involvement would not be revealed, as they worried that the successful operation may spill over into armed conflict. But the plan was not put into practice under strict vigilance in the north and afterwards, the secret operational plan was automatically scrapped with Park Geun Hye's impeachment that led to the regime change in the south.

The facts clearly prove that the enemies are employing every possible vicious means and method to put into practice the plan of "replacement of the north's leadership" while pinning hope on it, the statement said, clarifying:

1. We declare at home and abroad that we will impose death penalty on traitor Park Geun Hye and ex-Director of the puppet Intelligence Service Ri Pyong Ho and their groups, criminals of hideous state-sponsored terrorism who hatched and pressed for the heinous plot to hurt the supreme leadership of the DPRK.

IS men, to say nothing of Park Geun Hye and Ri Pyong Ho group, can never make any appeal even though they meet miserable dog's death any time, at any place and by whatever methods from this moment.

2. The south Korean authorities have to hand over traitor Park Geun Hye and former IS Director Ri Pyong Ho and their groups to the DPRK under international convention as they committed hideous state-sponsored terrorism against the supreme leadership of the DPRK.

The south Korean authorities have to judge themselves what adverse effect their act of shunning this crucial demand related to the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK will have on the future north-south relations.

3. We declare that in case the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces again attempt at hideous state-sponsored terrorism targeting the supreme leadership of the DPRK, we will impose summary punishment without advance notice on those who organized, took part in or pursued the plot, under wartime law.

We do not hide that should the U.S. and the south Korean authorities defy this warning and challenge our resolute measure, they will be made to pay a dear price in an irresistible physical way. -0

KCNA Commentary Urges S. Korean Authorities to Properly Behave: for Improved Ties or Pursuit of Confrontation

Pyongyang, June 27 (KCNA) -- These days the dreary situation in south Korea is stunning the public.

Days ago, the south Korean judicial authorities held the final hearing on an appeal at the Seoul High Court and demanded five years in prison for an inhabitant, who posted an article praising the peerlessly great men of Mt Paektu on websites and called for reunification through alliance with the north, on charges of violation of the "Security Law".

Earlier on June 13, they held a trial of a reverend and sentenced him to three years in prison on charges of espionage that he was linked with the north during the Park Geun Hye regime.

These are an unpardonable crime against the public yearning for a new politics and life and a reckless action of swimming against the trend of the times toward improvement of the north-south relations.

The present south Korean authorities came to power by winning support from the candlelight demonstrators with call for improved north-south relations in the "presidential election".

However, no sooner had they taken office than they turned to the confrontation racket, staging more madcap war drills against the fellow countrymen by introducing two nuclear carrier strike groups of the U.S., far from mending the north-south relations.

They would say that they represent the mindset of the candlelight demonstrators and stand for "democratic reform". But in actuality they are invoking the evil law of the confrontational era which defines the fellow countrymen in the north as "enemy", just like the Lee Myung Bak and Park Geun Hye conservative groups.

It is not exaggeration to say that the present south Korean ruling quarters are victims of the modern "witch hunt". But they behave like a heir to the Park Geun Hye regime. This is a betrayal and open challenge to the candlelight demonstrators.

They outwardly call for "improved north-south relations," but inwardly crack down upon those who advocate independent reunification and support the dialogue partner. Such attitude is little short of declaration of their intention to go for confrontation with fellow countrymen.

It is high time that the south Korean authorities took a proper option; for improvement of the relations with the compatriots or confrontation with them.

If they really represent the candlelight demonstrators demanding the abolition of the evils in the old era, they should not enforce the anti-reunification confrontation evil law but take the lead in the struggle for its abolition and make a bold decision to promptly set free those who are detained on unreasonable charges.

Anyone failing to see the trend of the times and going against the public demand is bound to meet a miserable end finally. -0-

KCNA Commentary Warns U.S. to Come to Its Senses

Pyongyang, June 27 (KCNA) -- The U.S. has gone desperate in its military moves against the DPRK.

After bringing nuclear submarine and other war means into the waters off Guam the U.S. staged naval joint military drills targeting the DPRK with the south Korean puppet forces. Against this backdrop, on June 13, U.S. Defense Secretary Mattis made his appearance at a Congressional hearing and blustered that there is no change in the Trump administration's DPRK policy including military option.

This is the desperate frenzy of war fanatics. He grumbled before journalists in May last about "incredible tragedy that can be produced by confrontation with the north". Now he is again blustering for military blackmail, an indication of his fear, not demonstration of high spirits.

The Trump group is upset to the extremes as it was made to drink bitter cup step by step by the DPRK remarkably building the power of justice.

The U.S. forces commander in south Korea confessed that "now it is a difficult situation to mount a preemptive attack on the north". As proven by this, the DPRK-U.S. stand-off structure has undergone a drastic change due to the remarkably strong state might and the strategic position of the DPRK which remains undeterred by the unprecedented nuclear threat and blackmail and economic sanctions.

What matters is that the U.S. has no alternative that can prove effective. Shortly ago, the director of the CIA said "President Trump asks about north Korea every day and how to counter it", adding "the president is always thinking of north Korea".

Clear is from where his fear comes.

The DPRK's nuclear sword is a direct product of the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK.

Its nuclear blackmail moves is a key factor that compelled the DPRK to have access to nukes and nuclear weaponization.

Tragic is that the present U.S. administration is still obsessed by the ambition for stifling the DPRK, far from drawing a lesson from the predecessors' failures and the undeniable situation today.

The Trump group had better pay heed to the voice of the international community that "most of nuclear and missile activities of north Korea since 2012 were carried out during the period of U.S.-south Korea joint military drills".

The U.S. should be mindful that its escalating confrontational racket and pressure will only invite stronger counteraction from the DPRK and accelerate its own final destruction. -

From April 2012 dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN had been First Chairman of the NDC. Now the Supreme People's Assembly which represents the democratic and popular will of the entire people of the DPRK chose Marshal KIM JONG UN to be the Chairman of the State Affairs Commission . The DPRK is a true people's democracy , a socialist democracy where the people exercise real power. In the DPRK election turnout is almost  100 per cent compared to  only 68.7 per cent in the UK general election of 2017 and only 55 per cent in the US presidential. DPRK voters also have the right to recall deputies which is unknown in the so-called 'democracies ' of the capitalist West. So basically dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN is Chairman of the State Affairs Commision by the will of the people and the will of the people alone .The unity around dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN is truly remarkable , it is invincible single-hearted unity  unknown in the  West and in fact unthinkable in Western countries which are heavily divided by chasms of class and race .It is no exaggeration to say that in capitalist societies everyone hates each other. In People's Korea , a socialist society based on the great Juche Idea  does not know social or ethnic divisions , there is no austerity , there is no one begging in the streets therefore it is only natural that people should unite around a single leader and a single party in one heart and mind.

This contrasts with the attitude of the British ruling class to the victims of the Grenfell Tower fire disaster . Instead of the government helping out the victims instead charities and churches had to , whereas in the DPRK the goverment  and party directed all efforts to the rapid rehabilation of the disaster affected area.
   Despite the sanctions the DPRK completed the construction of Ryomyong Street in April 2017 . This is another miracle of dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN's guidance.It is the fruit of the great self-development first idea put forward by him.   What is amazing is that the DPRK is able such large scale construction. In London it is said it costs £150,000 to build one flat(which are then sold for up to £500,000) so the cost of building 20,000 flats would be  £3 billion
                             

 
  Respected Marshal KIM JONG UN is a man who does not flinch from the struggle against US imperialism , nor does he compromise with US imperialism unlike the leaders of some big powers. He has made People’s Korea  the militant fortress of anti-imperialism and bastion of world socialism thanks to the leadership . "American-first Principle"-Nazism in 21st Century Rejected

Pyongyang, June 27 (KCNA) -- The Korean Central News Agency released an article "We Reject 'American-first Principle'- Nazism in the 21st Century" on Tuesday to shed light on the criminal nature of "American-first principle" touted by the Trump group of the U.S.

The big chaos the world has been forced to undergo at the hand of ruthlessly high-handed and arbitrary practices of the present U.S. administration is a direct product of the "American-first principle" trumpeted about by the Trump administration, the article says, and goes on:

The "American-first principle" is, in essence, the continuation and the expanded version of the hegemonic pursuance sought by the successive U.S. administrations.

This reactionary ideological trend stirs up extreme aggression and chauvinism by which they give the green-light to the violation of independence, the right to existence and the right to development of other countries and nations in order to serve the U.S. interests.

The idea is the American version of Nazism far surpassing the fascism in the last century in its ferocious, brutal and chauvinistic nature.

The "American-first principle" arouses denunciation by the public at home and abroad as it advocates the world domination by recourse to military means just as was the case with Hitler's concept of world occupation.

Just following Hitler's dictatorial politics, Trump's "two-nation strategy" justifies suppression after dividing nationals into two categories i.e. friends and foes. The strategy creates the atmosphere of horror among political, public, media, information and all other circles in the U.S., putting Trump, advocator of the idea, on the chopping board of impeachment himself.

Anti-immigration politics, little short of fascism's racist politics, has touched off aversion from big businesses which are gaining big benefits by relying on immigrated men of talents, and has sparked off derision by the world people as it denied the history of the U.S. itself, a multi-national and multi-racial country.

The world has never seen peace since the emergence of the "American-first principle".

After fixing it as the priority item of its policy for diplomacy and security to settle the nuclear issue on the Korean peninsula, and setting the "maximum pressure and engagement" as its DPRK policy, the Trump administration has pressed for the unprecedented nuclear threat and blackmail and economic sanctions on the DPRK.

Its wild act of blocking even medical appliances and medications, to say nothing of even a drop of fuel oil, from entering the country, is an unethical and inhumane act, far exceeding the degree of Hitler's blockade of Leningrad.

The moves to contain potential rivals China and Russia and hold the region and the rest of the world under its control have reached the extremes under Trump rule.

The Trump group has caused the evil cycle of destruction, slaughter and instability even in the Mid-east.

The U.S. moves to stamp out anti-U.S. countries have complicated the situation in Latin-America, too.

The Trump way of thinking that the whole world may be sacrificed just for the better living of the U.S., has put even its allies and stooges in a pretty fix.

The U.S. wantonly violated the Paris agreement on preservation of earth environment as an extension of its moves of defying even international law and agreements.

It is quite natural that the international community brands the U.S. act of conniving at the indefinite emission of carbon dioxide for its own interests as "an act of putting into the shade Hitler's poisonous gas atrocity" and "a crime to annihilate humankind by turning green planet into a poisonous gas room as a whole".

All facts prove that the "American-first principle" which brings horror and instability to the world is just intervention and dangerous war-first principle which defy the principles of non-interference and peaceful co-existence.

The "American-first principle" whose purpose is to turn the human society of modern civilization into the wild world ruled by law of jungle represents the height of arrogance and arbitrariness.

Herein lies the crafty and ferocious nature of the "American-first principle" that stands out from the successive hegemonism.

The Yankee-way logic of hegemonism which claims everything has to exist to serve the U.S. is an anachronistic wild act and sophism that can no longer be effective in the era of independence where the sound way of thinking of humankind prevails.

The frantic ideology and forces harassing world peace and security and threatening the existence of human being have to be expelled from this planet. This is our demand and, at the same time, the urgent call of humankind.

All countries and nations have to fight against U.S. hegemonism.

KCNA Commentary Urges S. Korean Regime Not to Depend on Outsiders

Pyongyang, June 26 (KCNA) -- The south Korean authorities are now noisily trumpeting about "strengthened alliance with the U.S."

They talked about "solid south Korea-U.S. alliance", "establishment of foundation for further boosting the alliance" and the like, when meeting the U.S. undersecretary of State for Political Affairs who visited south Korea recently.

Even the chief executive of south Korea appeared at an interview with U.S. media, where he called for "strengthening the south Korea-U.S. cooperation in key issues like policy toward the north and the bilateral friendly and cooperative relations." The Foreign Ministry of south Korea is busy flattering the U.S., asserting "south Korea-U.S. alliance is the keynote of south Korea's diplomacy and security."

The south Korea-U.S. alliance is just disgraceful master-servant relations characterized by domination and subjugation, arbitrariness and servility.

"Boosting south Korea-U.S. alliance" just means deepening south Korea's dependence on the U.S. and the structure of subjugation.

In actuality, the U.S. is forcing south Korea to introduce trouble-making THAAD and even pay for its operation under the pretext of "enhancing the missile defense capability of the U.S.-south Korea alliance" and "decision made between allies." It is also pressurizing south Korea to pay more for "the upkeep of the GIs" present in south Korea, even threatening to "break alliance."

The U.S. is getting frantic with north-targeted nuclear war drills under the pretext of "defending its ally", only to bring a nuclear disaster to the Korean people.

The strengthening of alliance where south Korea should be further subordinated to the U.S. as its colony means sacrificing not only politics and economy of south Korea but also vital rights of its people for the U.S. imperialists' scenario for a nuclear war and leaving the issue of national reunification, the cherished desire of all Koreans, to tender mercy of outsiders.

It is just a betrayal against the candlelight demonstrators aspiring after independence, democracy and reunification that the present regime of south Korea persistently resorts to "alliance with the U.S."

If the regime fails to drop the anachronistic policy of depending on outsiders, it will never be able to avoid the miserable end like the Park Geun Hye group of traitors which was thrown into the garbage ground of history after being forsaken by the public.

KCNA Commentary Decries S. Korean Kukmin Party for Lurching to Conservatism

Pyongyang, June 26 (KCNA) -- The Kukmin Party has drawn aversion of the public for its disgusting demeanor after the replacement of regime in south Korea.

The political party trumpeted about "inheritance" of the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration, once advocating democratic reform.

But embarrassed by the bitter defeat of its candidate at the "presidential election" and by the approval rate for it going into the tailspin, the party made a U-turn to currying favor of the conservative forces.

It is now chiming in the U.S. and the conservative forces' moves for escalating stand-off with the DPRK. Touting that "the north is persisting in reckless nuclear development and missile launch" and "now is the time to talk about sanctions on the north" and "wrong signal to the north may spark off division of public opinion, the party is calling for "cooperation for sanctions" and "strong will for security" while supporting the U.S. forced "THAAD" deployment.

It also joins the conservative opposition parties in challenging the democratic and pro-reform forces, faulting every appointment of personnel and reform policy of the present authorities.

As a result, the public in Jolla Province, known for the supporting base of the Kukmin Party, has turned back on it, deriding it as "anti-Kukmin Party" and "party of treachery".

The demeanor of the Kukmin Party is a challenge to the righteous candlelight actions of the south Korean people desirous of new politics and a new life.

The candlelight actions of south Koreans have not ended, and they strongly demand the complete abolition of the conservative regime's pro-American and confrontation wrong practices including anti-social and traitorous policies to be thrown into the dumping ground of history.

It is little short of declaring self-destruction to try to join the conservatives which have already been branded as the hotbed of evils of all descriptions by the candlelight demonstrators.

With the recent "presidential" election as an occasion, the conservative forces have faced the fate of division, breakdown and complete collapse.

Can anyone hold any lingering attachment to the conservatives and visit the house of grief from which only wailing cry of defeat and self-destruction are heard.

The Kukmin Party will be forsaken by the public just what was the case with worst traitor Park Geun Hye if it gets itself aligned with the U.S. and the conservative forces for its party interests and strategy and existence.

It has to make a proper option at the crossroads of democratic reform or conservatism. -0-

UK KFA anti-imperialist picket of US Embassy 24.06.2017

                                     

                 

The UK Korean Friendship Association together with, the Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK and Juche Idea Study Group of England picketed the US imperialist embassy  on the 24th of June from 1500 hour to 1700 hours . The picket was attended by members of the UK KFA , JISGE, ASSPUK, the New Communist Party including general secretary Andy Brooks and members of the Central Committee of the party and members of the public . The picket was held despite tense situation in London caused by terrorist attacks and also attacks in the capitalist media against UK KFA . The picket was photographed by a number of press photographers , some of whom did not identify themselves.

   A message of support from KFA Spain was read out "Dear comrades and friends:

From the Spanish branch of the KFA we would like to send you our support and wish of success on your demonstration against the US imperialists' continuous acts of agression and provocations towards the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. On the Month of Solidarity with the Korean People, we, progessive workers of the world, must be more than ever with our brothers in the struggle, for the DPRK is now the bulwark and vanguard that defends us from capitalist barbarism, forward to Socialism and Juche Revolution!

Long live the DPRK! Long live the KFA!"

   Dr Dermot Hudson , chairman of UK KFA and the British Solidarity Committee and also President of the Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK opened the picket saying the picket was to mark the 67th anniversary of the provocation of the Korean war and the beginning of the Month of Solidarity with the Korean people. Dr Hudson pointed out that it the US imperialists provoked the Korean War against the young Democratic People's Republic of Korea  and massacred millions of Korean people.They used germ and chemical weapons. Terrible massacres were carried out at Sinchon Ri.

    Dr Hudson said that US troops continue to occupy south Korea , exploiting and oppressing the Korean people. Trump is threatening  the DPRK with nuclear annihilation and has sent nuclear bombers to Korea .  The US have increased sanctions against the DPRK.

   Dr Hudson also mentioned the struggle of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic front of south Korea and south Korean patriots for an end to US imperialist colonial rule .

   Dr Hudson called for the full and total withdrawal of US troops from the south Korea and for an end to the hostile anti-DPRK of the US . The US must conclude a peace treaty .

DPRK Supreme Leader congratulated in Nepal

On the occasion of 1^st anniversary of the election of Marshal KIM JONG UN in high post of the Chairman of State Affairs Commission of DPRK, Nepal Journalists Association organized a Reception at Soaltee Crowne Plaza, Tahachal, Kathmandu on 26^th June 2017.

At the program, President of Nepal Journalists Association Dr. Manju Ratna Sakya sincerely wished a good health, long life and prosperity of Supreme Leader Marshal KIM JONG UN and expressed happiness on the all round progress & development made by Korean people under the far sighted & dynamic leadership of Marshal KIM JONG UN.
