DPRK Government, Political Parties and Organizations Issue Special Statement

  Pyongyang, March 16 (KCNA) -- The DPRK government, political parties and organizations Wednesday issued a special statement denouncing the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet group of traitors for pushing the situation to the point of explosion through hideous provocations.
    The statement said:
    While frantically staging the largest-ever joint military drills Key Resolve and Foal Eagle 16 against the DPRK throughout south Korea, the enemies are pushing ahead with "scenario for attack drill part 2" the keynote of which is the "operation for advance into the northern inland area" targeting the strategic key area of the DPRK.
    They are openly blustering that there is no other way but special operation such as "beheading operation" to neutralize the north's nuclear capability and seize nuclear control, touting the "operation for advance into the northern inland area" focusing on the "precision strike at the supreme leadership of the north and its nuclear, missile and other core facilities in contingency" by escalating the above-said joint military drills.
    This is the unprecedented and hideous provocation to the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and an open declaration of a war against it.
    The DPRK government, political parties and organizations clarify the following stand in view of the prevailing grave situation:
    The U.S. imperialist aggressors and the Park Geun Hye group of traitors should not forget even a moment the fact that the Korean People's Army's battle for mounting a deadly preemptive attack on them to blow up their stronghold of strike at the headquarters of the Korean revolution before anything else by fully charging miniaturized, precision and diversified nuclear warheads is by no means an empty talk.
    Once there is a slight sign of the start of their foolish special operation, the Korean People's Army will promptly launch the battle for preemptive attack without hesitation and our people will courageously turn out in an all-people action to annihilate them to the last man in the sky, land and seas, keeping pace with the start of the operation by the infuriated revolutionary armed forces.
    There would be no difference between the front and the rear for us to fight a battle for devotedly protecting the leader. All the people, irrespective of sex and age, will turn out as one and launch an all-people, nationwide sacred war and escalate it worldwide till they wipe out to the last one all the provocateurs involved in the reckless special operation such as "beheading operation".
    The world will clearly see what a miserable end the aggressors and provocateurs will meet while going reckless to hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and "bring down its social system" in the eyes of the service personnel and people all out in the battle to devotedly protect their leader. -0-
