The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK), the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) and the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) today issued a joint statement concerning the revision of history textbooks in south Korea:

Recently our delegation visited the Pyongyang Mission of the Anti- Imperalist National Democratic front of south Korea where we learnt in detail about the plan of the south Korean puppet authorities to revisive history books and the struggle of the south Korean popular masses against  it.

The south Korean fascist puppet clique of Park Geun Hye  clearly believes in the dictum "  Who controls the past controls the future: who controls the present controls the past" and is thus seeking  to exert control over history textbooks  so as to brainwash and manipaulate the youth . The revsions of the history textbooks basically whitewash past south Korean puppet regimes hiding the truth about the repression and massacres carried out by  the previous south Korean puppet fascist dictators . In particular the revision of history textbooks aims to cover the crimes of the father of Park Geun Hye , Park Chung Hee the notorious military fascist dictator and dyed in the wool puppet of the US and Japan.  The revision of the history textbooks is also aimed covering up the pro-Japanese sycophancy of the south Korean puppet dictatorships.

The south Korean people are struggling against the revision of the history textbooks. It is being strongly opposed by  educational and teachers organisations in south Korea

We strongly condemn the attempt of the south Korean puppets to revise history textbooks as clearly the Park Geun Hye clique is trying to drag south Korea back to the darkest days  of the previous fascist dictatorships. We believe that all people in the world who oppose fascism should support the south Korean people in their struggle against the revision of history textbooks. Our irganisations , the ASSPUK, JISGE and UK KFA , strongly support the south Korean people in their struggle  against the the revision of history textbooks.
