"Agreement" on Sexual Slavery for Imperial Japanese Army Is Intolerable
Pyongyang, July 15 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Korean Committee on Measures for the Sexual Slavery for Japanese Army and Drafting Victims issued a statement Saturday over the fact that the demand for annulment of the "agreement" on the sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army, a product of the treachery by the Park Geun Hye group of traitors and the height of its sycophancy toward Japan, is growing in south Korea.
The "agreement" on the sexual slavery which the Park Geun Hye group finalized with the Abe group of Japan during its tenure is an unprecedented disgraceful document of treachery in which the Park group agreed to shield the hideous crime committed by the Japanese imperialists in return for just a few penny of money without wresting any apology, the statement said, and went on:
The sexual slavery issue, a hideous crime against humanity which inflicted intolerable insult and unspeakable harm to the Korean nation, is not an issue that can be solved through "renegotiations" or "diplomatic agreement".
This is an issue of removing sycophancy and submission deeply rooted and inherent in the south Korean society, and retaking the independent dignity of the nation.
There can never be enough compensation for the mental and physical pain done to the Korean nation by the Japanese imperialist aggressors and the ruinous life led by the victims of sexual slavery.
However, the Japanese reactionaries are still lording it over as a colonial suzerain state, extremely looking down upon the south Koreans, far from repenting of the past crimes. They say that "comfort women agreement is final and irreversible" and "there will be no more apology from Japan over the comfort women issue".
What is all the more serious is that the south Korean authorities are still resorting to the despicable act of treachery of selling off the dignity and interests of the nation while talking about "improved relations with Japan" and "future orientation" and covering up the heinous crimes committed against the Korean nation including the women.
The statement stressed that if the south Korean authorities are shamefully played into the hands of tricky and brazen-faced Japan, while submitting to Japan, in defiance of the nation's desire, they will leave shameful crime before the nation. -0-
