In Kumsong Tractor Factory they have produced newly designed high-powered 80hp tractor with all technical functions reaching the world’s level.

This tractor is a creation of self-reliance and self-development manufactured perfectly relying on the strength and technology of the DPRK so as to provide high efficiency in tilling paddy and dry field and transport of the goods in conformity with the actual terrain condition of the DPRK.

Upholding the behest of the Chairman Kim Jong Il to turn the Ryongnam area into the large scale shipbuilding base, the workers of the Ryongnam Dockyard have built the 5 000-ton class cargo ship with their own power and technique marking the 7^th Congress of the WPK.

The working class of the Ryongnam Dockyard who has gained rich experience in building the 5 000-ton class cargo ship is full of enthusiasm to further develop the success achieved in building large cargo vessel.

In Sungni Motor Complex, they have produced 5-ton diesel engine wagon of 115hp that fits in with the actual conditions of the DPRK.

Novel design buses made in Chongjin Bus Factory fully satisfy the convenience of the people taking long journey.

The scientists and technicians in Engineering Research Institute of State Academy of Science acquired the core technology that had been exclusive property of few countries styling themselves as advanced countries and on this basis developed a transformer.

The working class of Taean Heavy Machine Complex has developed a new-type energy-saving 4 000kVA transformer and Korean style air-tight electric motor as well as the first 150kW permanent magnet synchronous motor of the DPRK.

In May, Juche105(2016), the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, visiting the exhibition hall of machinery and equipments manufactured as loyal labor result presented to the 7^th Congress of the WPK noted with pleasure that the machine works produced by dint of spiritual strength of our scientists, technicians and working class have all reached the world-class and gave instruction to start the serial production as early as possible.
