The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK), the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) ,the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) and UK Preparatory Committee For the 2017 Gathering to Praise the Great Persons Born of Mt Paektu issued a joint statement basically condemning the latest US sanctions against People's Korea with reference to the statement made by DPRK National Coordination Committee for AML/CFT (anti-money laundering and countering financing of terrorism;
   The US imperialists have now imposed yet more sanctions on the DPRK ,following on from the earlier US "independent " and "additional " sanctions the US imposed in February and April . These are also on top of the UNSC sanctions against the DPRK . There is even talk of "cutting off " the DPRK  from the world
financial system . As the DPRK National Coordination Committee for AML/CFT (anti-money laundering and countering financing of terrorism points out " Through the above-said action the U.S. pursues the sinister aim of making up the flaw of the UN "resolution on sanctions" with its independent and additional sanctions in blatant violation of the UN Charter and international law and totally blockading the DPRK after finding it hard to achieve its objective through the unreasonable UN "resolution on sanctions."
   The US has tried to justify these latest sanctions on the grounds of "money laundering" .This is just nonsense . The DPRK has acceded to the various treaties and conventions on "money laundering ". Under the socialist system of the DPRK there can be no such thing as " money laundering" as there are no capitalist criminal elements in the DPRK. It is a well known fact that the banks in capitalist countries are full of money from drug dealers.
    Although the sanctions by the US treasury are designed to impede the DPRK's economic progress and stifle the socialist system of the DPRK  , the DPRK will smash them upholding the banner of Juche !The DPRK does not need imperialist banks ! With self-reliance and self-development , the DPRK will win !
