There are moments of special importance in the history of nations and states. The holding  of the 8th Congress of the Workers Party of Korea will be   a special and extraordinary day for Democratic People's Republic of Korea and  for the whole  Korean Nation.

 The Congress will be an indelible mark on our memory. It is a great day. Today on the 8th Congress of the revolutionary vanguard communist party of People’s Korea is being held and Kimilsungism - Kimjongilism shines even brighter than never ever before. Is shining in a monolithic solid ideological and political line which has been built up since 1945  through the first up to eight Congress. The Workers Party of Korea plays a special and leading role in Korean Society, in Korean Nation. The 8th Congress of Workers Party of Korea fully confirms that your beautiful country is vibrant with mass enthusiasm and commands the whole world how vital and creative are the forces of the Juche Idea of socialism. 

  We watch the 8th Congress of WPK with joy and appreciation, with delight how your party is growing in power, the unity of members is strengthened and steadfastly follows the road of socialism under directions of revolutionary Juche Idea. We would like to pay a high tribute to your glorious party by our hard work on the ideological front in defending the DPRK and Korean Nation. We assure You, that we always will stand militant and strong against imperialist propaganda and then try to defend your great and proud country. We want to assure You that we will never fail in our activities to defend DPRK and Korean Society, that we always confirm the trust You place in us.

We are sure that all debates and conclusions, provisions of the 8th of will be very grateful to further development of socialist state and Korean Nation. We strongly believe it will be caused by your steadfast revolutionary thoughts and creative work, a combination of prudence and experience from the past decades with energy and enthusiasm for the future in the march to communism under the glorious banner of the vanguard of Korean working - class: Workers Party of Korea.
