   The Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK, the Juche Idea Study Group of England ,the UK Korean Friendship Association and UK Preparatory Committee For the 2017 Gathering to Praise the Great Persons Born of Mt Paektu today issued a joint statement in support of the statement of the DPRK Foreign Ministry titled  "U.S. Will be Held Accountable for Outbreak of War on Korean Peninsula"
 There is no doubt that the Korean peninsula is sliding towards all-out and total war , this is a a fact . The US imperialists have tried to put the blame on the Democratic People's Republic of Korea for the situation. The Yankee imperialists even went as far to take issue with the recent statement by the General Staff of the Korean People's Army calling it inflammatory.

On the 29th of March the DPRK Foreign Ministry issued a statement making it clear just who was to blame for the tense situation on the Korean peninsula. It pointed out that the warning of the KPA

General Staff was " an entirely just measure for self-defence against the heinous provocateurs given the prevailing situation that has reached a phase which can never be overlooked".

 It is the US imperialists who have stoked up tension in Korea by carrying out Foal Eagle and Key Resolve military exercises . They have brought nuclear strategic asssets into the territory of Korea. Worse still they are openly talking about pre-emptive military strikes  and have been carrying "beheading operations " with special forces. It is only right that the DPRK should reserve the right to carry out its own pre-emptive strikes against the US imperialists.

 All the measures taken by the DPRK are just ones for self-defence . The US anyway has no business whatsoever to be in Korea a country thousands of miles from its shores.

  The US should be held entirely responsible for the consquences if it continues to ramp up tension in Korea and threaten People's Korea.

  We say that the US should immediately stop their military exercises and provocations against the DPRK and withdraw their troop and bases from south Korea !
