Let’s drive out the US imperialists by dint of people!   The third meeting for the promotion of national independence and great unity was held under the auspices of the preparatory committee for promoting the reunification outside the war memorial house in Seoul. 114 organizations and 1 000 members of preparatory committee are involved in the preparatory committee.     About 600 members of the organizations including Korean Confederation of Trade Unions and reunification vanguard of the Korean Federation of Trade Unions were participated at the meeting. Independence and reunification are advancing on the strength of the popular masses, progress and patriotism, the appeal said. The appeal called for the people to pool their efforts to achieve national sovereignty free from domination and intervention of the US by intensifying the anti-US struggle.
