Hot anti-US struggle   A news conference was held to condemn the south Korea-US joint  military drill outside the US Naval Command in Busan under the auspices of a civil organization in Busan. The power holders in south Korea are all pro-Japanese and US elements. Only labors, peasants and the needy in the city who were untainted by Americanism are honorable before the US. The popular masses could wage the struggle to withdraw the US forces from south Korea and the working people are the motive force of the national reunification, the chairman of the South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea’s Reunification stressed. After the end of the news conference, they launched vigorous struggle carrying slogans and placards “No US intervention, total suspension of the south Korea-US joint military exercise, dissolve the south Korea-US working group, withdraw the US troops present in south Korea”. One thousand unionists of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions in Busan held a meeting to strongly demand the suspension of the joint maneuvers disturbing the peace and escalating the danger of war in the Korean Peninsula outside the US Naval Command in Busan.
