Pyongyang, August 8 (KCNA) -- The deep-rooted evils left by the
conservatives which had decayed the whole south Korean society are
reminiscent of the Pandora's Box.
It has been disclosed that the court authorities of south Korea were in
cahoots with the regimes of traitors Lee Myung Bak and Park Geun Hye in
committing evils. This is just another scandal which followed the
recently revealed case of the attempted military coup which stunned the
public.
The scandal of the court authorities who engaged themselves in unjust
judgments to kowtow to the regimes seriously affected politics, finance,
culture and other sectors of the south Korean society.
Its victims include a former "prime minister", lawmaker, part-time
worker, lawyer and those who had been forced into sexual slavery for the
Imperial Japanese Army.
Due to unreasonable judgments made by the court, many innocent people
were arrested and jailed, many of them lost their lives, legitimate
political parties and organizations were forcibly dissolved, and human
rights, justice and democracy were mercilessly stamped out.
All facts shed light on the disgusting colors of the conservative group
of traitors who used even the judicial power symbolic of justice and
impartiality as their tool for political suppression and a servant of
the regime and indulged themselves in committing illegal acts in a bid
to maintain their dictatorial rule and stay in power.
This being a hard fact, Ryang Sung Thae, former president of the Supreme
Court who is the principal in the case, and other court authorities are
persisting in denial, insisting that they had never engaged in making
unreasonable judgments in trials. They are putting the brake on the
prosecution's investigation, refusing to submit relevant information to
the prosecution.
The last-ditch effort of the conservative evil group is, indeed, as stubborn as mule like this.
Unless all deep-rooted evils are liquidated, the tragedy that injustice
prevails over justice and falsity insults truth will repeat in south
Korea.
The elimination of the conservatives' deep-rooted evils is the judgment made by history.
The sly artifice of the criminals who seek to calm down the angry public
and avoid legal punishment will make the public let loose their burning
indignation only.
Civic and social bodies, people from all walks of life and media of
south Korea are calling the case "judicial terrorism by the regime
against the people".
They are launching strong actions to root out the evils, demanding truth
probe, punishment of those involved in the case and reparation for the
victims.
The south Korean people will show once again in the spirit of the
candlelight resistance which ousted Park Geun Hye group of traitors that
the conservative group can never evade the severe punishment by the public. -0-
