KCNA Commentary on Impudent Remarks of U.S. Representative at UN

Pyongyang, April 8 (KCNA) -- The group of Yankees has gone so impudent as to turn white to black enough to stun the world.
The U.S. representative at UN recently said the negotiations on the convention on banning nuclear weapons are unrealistic due to "nuclear threat from north Korea".
Pointing out the DPRK as a pretext for its absence at the UN conference on the negotiations, she said that no one would believe north Korea would agree on banning nuclear weapons and that it is not reasonable to assert that people can be protected by way of not allowing countries like the U.S. working hard for peace and security the access to nuclear weapons but by allowing bad parties the access.
This is impudent and gangster-like sophism and just a revelation of the sinister intention to cover up the hideous crime of the U.S. which is the only country in the world that used nuclear weapons and has caused worldwide nuclear arms race through nuclear threat and blackmail.
To look back on the history of the development of nuclear weapons, big powers like the U.S. spearheaded international conventions on nuclear weapons and were present or absent at the meetings regarding them in their own interests for the purpose of banning non nuclear states from having access to nuclear weapons.
It is quite natural that the DPRK did not take part in the UN conference on negotiating the ban on nuclear weapons which premised on dismantlement of nuclear weapons as it towered as the nuclear power in the East to cope with the U.S. hideous nuclear threat that has lasted for decades.
To realize its ambition for world domination, the U.S. did not hesitate to inflict nuclear holocaust on humankind, and mocked at international treaties on nuclear disarmament and connived, overlooked and defended the development of nuclear weapons by its cat's paw nations. The U.S. is, indeed, the kingpin of nuclear proliferation.
The U.S., which trumpeted about building a "world without nuclear weapons" more loudly than others, is now openly calling for "bolstering nuclear force to maintain an unchallenged edge in military capability" while complaining that "the U.S. nuclear force is left behind other country's".
Even at the moment it is invariably carrying on nuclear weapons modernization requiring 1 trillion USD that had been pushed forward since the preceding administration under the motto of "peace by strength". It openly calls for abolishing the nuclear disarmament treaties with other nuclear powers.
Such a ferocious nuclear monster is faulting the nuclear force of the DPRK, the direct product of its nuclear blackmail. This is the height of absurdity and impudence.
The U.S. has to clearly understand the invariable stand of the DPRK that as long as there exists a nuclear weapons state hostile toward the DPRK, the security of the nation and the peace of the Korean peninsula can be protected only by dint of dependable nuclear deterrence.
The more viciously the U.S. and its vassal forces pose nuclear threat and blackmail, the more strongly the DPRK will bolster the military capabilities for self-defence and preemptive attack with the nuclear force as a pivot. -0-
