Gang of Liars Concocting Falsehood

http://www.mfa.gov.kp/view/article/15042 2022.4.19.

On April 7, European Parliament adopted what is called “Resolution on the human rights situation in North Korea, including the persecution of religious minorities”.

It is a well-known fact that European Parliament is a gang of political servants which impudently interferes in the internal affairs of other countries under the pretext of “human rights”, and makes provocative and tricky words and moves.

No wonder that world people gave the parliament an odd enough alias: “Theatricals of Falsehood”.

It is presumptuous of European Parliament even to talk about “human rights issue” of other countries when it is incompetent to set right the miserable plight of human rights violations at home - the religious discrimination, national chauvinism, violation of child rights and police violence - to the consternation of the world. This is tantamount to the guilty party filing the suit first.

Our people cannot restrain the surging resentment and abhorrence towards this resolution adopted by European Parliament which is hardened to the bone with arrogance, prejudice, enmity and double standard.

The “resolution” of this time is no more than a document of stratagem running through with falsehood and distortion of facts and figures about our Republic, and its adoption is an intolerable provocation and an act of hostility scheming to tarnish the dignified image of our Republic.

Thorough embodiment of people-first politics across the overall social lives enabled our people to enjoy the absolute dignity, rights and interests which are given the topmost priority in our country, and the genuine human rights that accord with the requirement of people are also being guaranteed.

The demands and interests of people constitute the standard of our human rights.

It is indeed the height of absurdity that politicians of Europe, the land of constant apprehension for its residents with all the bipolarization of the rich getting ever richer and the poor ever poorer and the prevailing social evils of all hues, are trying to assess the status of human rights enjoyment of our people with their incorrect “human rights rule”.

European Parliament, rather than poking its nose in the “human rights issues” of other countries as a self-proclaimed “human rights judge”, should put its cheeky “human rights farce” offstage at once in accordance with the unanimous demand of the international society as that farce would only mislead the public opinion, turning black into white.

We are taking full account of the hostile acts of European Parliament which is branded as a gang of liars concocting falsehood.
