Let us mark a fresh turning point   People of all social standings face weighty task to stage a resolute struggle against the US colonial rule, and for restoration of sovereignty and true life in the New Year. We will have to wage a dynamic fight against the US domination and intervention, and its reckless war moves. We must widely conduct all-people action to censure the US hostile policy to stifle the north, including aggressive war drills, interference in national reunification, and peace-disturbing acts. It is important for us to expose roundly the crimes of the USFK which has inflicted misfortune and misery on south Koreans for centuries with its sinister intention to not only run through blood tax extorted from the people, but also desolate this land by permanent stationing. Especially, we should devote ourselves to thorough disclosure of the hypocrisy and gangster-like practices of the US so as to rouse broad strata of people to the struggle against the US. At the same time, we have to intensify the struggle against the pro-American traitors who are left to the tender mercy of the US. We must achieve joint anti-US action for the cause of independence against the US. No force can check the people's advance toward independence and justice. Patriotic people from all walks of life will have to mark a fresh turning point in making south Korea independent against the US by staging a further vigorous and positive struggle in unison.
