London 12th  January Juche 111(2022)
   The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK),the  British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea(BGSJI),the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification on the Korean Peninsula(BSCPRKP)  issued the following joint statement denouncing the statement adopted by some members of the UN Security Council  which took issue with the legitimate right of the DPRK to self-defence;

  Last week People's Korea successfuly tested a hypersonic missile thereby increasing its capacity for self-defence . However the US , which is the biggest possesor of nuclear weapons and missiles in the entire world , decided to make an issue of it and pick on the DPRK . It is instigated its vassal states and puppets such as Britain , France , Ireland and Albania , to call a closed door meeting of the UN Security Council(UNSC )  on Monday 9th if January . The UNSC failed to agree a statement condemning the DPRK or to impose further sanctions on the DPRK . Notwithstanding this failure and its isolation from the world community , the US prodded its surrogates and satellites into issuing a pathetic statement condeming the DPRK for simply exercising its own sovereignty and legitmate right to self-defence.

Our organisations strongly denounce this so-called statement .It is a gross interference in the DPRK's sovereignty . Some countries are blind to the massive threat to world peace posed by the US nuclear arsenal and keep silent about it whilst constantly criticising the DPRK . Some countries including the UK in particular need to stop siding with the US and fully assert their independence ,
