DPRK has the right to self-defence and the right to independence

                                         

People's Korea has the right to self-defence and the right to independence regardless of Covid 19. It should not make any difference . Are the US troops withdrawing from south Korea because of Covid 19 ? No they are not !Is the US withdrawing from Asia and Pacific because of Covid 19 ? No
The fact that the DPRK can continue to carry out self defensive missile tests despite Covid 19 is testimony to the strength and resilience of its system and the correctness of Juche and Songun
