The Association for the Study of Songun Politics(ASSPUK) ,  the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea  (BGSJI), the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) and British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification on the Korean Peninsula (BSCPRKP)issued the following joint statement in support of the statement of comrade Kim Yo Jong first vice-department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea released on Tuesday  3rd of March:
The statement of comrade Kim Yo Jong rightly calls out the silly and stupid behaviour of the present south Korean regime that is dependent on the US and  fawns on the US.
The DPRK recently carried out a self-defensive military drill under the guidance of the supreme leader of the DPRK , respected Marshal KIM JONG UN . The south Korean regime made adverse remarks about it , talking about 'strong regret' and even demanded a halt to the DPRK's self-defensive drills. This is quite ridiculous and the height of absurdity .
Firstly, it is nothing to do with south Korea  what measures the DPRK takes for its self-defence . Secondly , south Korea has massively increased its military expenditure and is also importing advanced fighter jets. As comrade Kim Yo Jong rightly observes  these planes are" not to scatter agricultural chemicals" but to attack with the DPRK with .
The statement warns that the  silly words of the ruling quarters of south Korea can only cause the DPRK to distrust them even more and magnify the hatred of the people of the DPRK towards the south Korean ruling clique.
We support this statement of comrade Kim Yo Jong as it makes truly justified criticism of the south Korean regime . Really the south Korean authorities should not poke their noses into the business of others . In fact they should be more focused on on dealing with the COVID 19 disaster which is engulfing south Korea rather looking over their shoulder at what the DPRK is doing.
If the present south Korean regime really values inter-Korean reconciliation , peace, co-operation and reunification, it should hold its tongue !
