Rodong Sinmun Brands U.S. Imperialists as Sworn Enemy of Korean People

Pyongyang, February 26 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun in an article Monday brands the U.S. imperialists as the sworn enemy of the Korean people.

The U.S. imperialists' occupation of south Korea and their policy for aggression on Korea are the root cause of all misfortunes of the Korean nation, says the article, and goes on:

It is the U.S. imperialists that divided the homogeneous nation of the same blood, which has lived in one territory for over 5 000 years, into two. It is also the aggressor U.S. which occupied south Korea militarily and has imposed untold misfortunes and sufferings on our people, resorting to the ceaseless nuclear war provocations against the DPRK.

The DPRK and the U.S. are still at a truce. The U.S. imperialists are our belligerent. Much upset by the situation that our Republic rapidly emerged a world-level nuclear power, military power, the Trump group is recklessly persisting in the nuclear war moves.

The U.S. imperialists remain unchanged in their black-hearted intention to invade our Republic. They never present peace and reunification to the Korean nation.

Our nation will never forget their crimes for all ages but make them pay dearly for the crimes. -0-
