Emergency Resolution on Ulchi Freedom Shield August 2025 Adopted at the Seminar "President KIM IL SUNG and self-reliance "

On the 7th of August the US and ROK military announced that they would stage the “Ulchi Freedom Shield  “ from August 18th to August 28th .

We strongly denounce these military exercises which are deeply provocative and aggressive in intent . Such exercises are a trial run for invading People’s Korea and effecting regime change .

The fact that the exercises are going ahead proves that talk of ‘dialogue ‘and ‘negotiations’ from both the US and the new liberal regime in the ROK  is just talk and is fake .

We  express full solidarity with People’s Korea in its struggle against US aggression and call for friendship organisations to carry out activities to denounce Ulchi Freedom Shield .
