Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK , the Juche Idea Study Group of England, the UK Korean Friendship Association and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification on the Korean Peninsula issued the following joint statement condemning the latest US provocation against People's Korea;
As clarified by the President of the Institute for Disarmament and Peace of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), the US has committed a grave provocation against the DPRK by calling the DPRK a 'rogue state' in the US Department of Defence
"2019 Indo-Pacific Strategy Report" . As the President of the Institute for Disarmament and Peace of of the DPRK Foreign Ministry correctly says " That the U.S. has called the DPRK, its dialogue partner, a "rogue state" is a clear infringement upon the latter's sovereignty and dignity, and it is nothing less than a de facto declaration of confrontation.".
This is a blatant violation of the June 12th DPRK-US joint statement and a denial of dialogue with the DPRK .Also how can the US accuse the DPRK being a 'rogue state' when it is the US that is the real rogue state that has invaded hundreds of countries ?
What this shows is that the US aim of stifling the DPRK and overthrowing its socialist system remains unchanged. The US has just used dialogue and talks as a means of trying to impose one-sided and unilateral disarmament on the DPRK .The US has been hiding a dagger behind its back . As they say the leopard does not change its spots.
We strongly condemn the unwarranted provocation of the US !We support the stand of the DPRK to meet hostility with appropriate and just counter-measures.
