Statement of the International Central Committee for Songun Study on the 54th anniversary of the start of work of the great leader comrade KIM JONG IL at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea

The International Central Committee for Songun Study issued the following statement on the 54th anniversary of the start of work of the great leader comrade KIM JONG IL at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea:
    The start of work of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea on the 19th of June 1964 was a great landmark in the development of the Korean revolution,  the Juche revolution and the Songun revolution . The great leader comrade Kim Jong Il after starting work at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party devoted his tireless energy to the cause of Juche-orientated party building which had been started by the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung the eternal president of the DPRK and founder of the glorious Workers' Party of Korea.
                                     The great leader comrade Kim Jong Il was able to contribute his great theoretical and and ideological wisdom and clairvoyant expertise. Whilst still at university he wrote brilliant works such as "The characteristics of Modern Imperialism and its aggressive nature"

Under the leadership of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il the Juche revolutionary cause,started by the great leader President Kim Il Sung was brilliantly carried forward.He built up the WPK powerfully as a monolithic party based on the Juche idea,the idea of the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung .He achieved complete oneness and unity of the party.He resolutely smashed the anti party counter revolutionary factionalists who seeked to undermine the party's unity and besmirch the proud revolutionary traditions of the Workers Party of Korea.

   The great leader comrade Kim Jong Il built up the WPK as the party of the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung.The cancers of revisionism and opportunism were not allowed to penetrate into the WPK.Great achievements and victories were carried out under his leadership over several decades.In all fields- economy,culture,science and defence great victories were scored and a leap forward in the building of Juche socialism took place.

The great leader comrade Kim Jong Il fully embodied the idea "The People are my God" of the great leader President Kim Il Sung and fully put into the practice the precept of the Mother party. He adopted a modest and popular style of work and fully developed the people orientated polices on such as the abolition of Taxation and free health care.

   The great leader comrade Kim Jong Il led the WPK along the road of Songun. He wrote excellent works such as "   Our Party’s Songun Politics Is a Powerful Mode of Socialist Politics and The Songun-Based Revolutionary Line Is a Great Revolutionary Line of Our Era and an Ever-Victorious Banner of Our Revolution  .

       Today the great achievements in Juche party building made by the eternal general secretary Kim Jong Il are actively carried forward by the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un under the banner of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism . We salute and applaud the 54th anniversary of the start of work of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
