Pyongyang, July 19 (KCNA) -- Nomination of candidates for deputies to provincial (municipal), city (district) and county people's assemblies of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea ended till July 17.
At the meetings of voters for nominating candidates and examining their qualifications held across the country, workers, farmers, intellectuals and officials were nominated as candidates and registered in relevant constituencies.
The constituent and sub-constituent election committees posted public announcements of nominees at constituencies and sub-constituencies and are stepping up the preparations for successful election such as equipping polling booths at the final stage. -0-
