The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK (ASSPUK) , the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE), the UK Korean Friendship Association (UK KFA ) ,and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification in Korea (BSCPRKP) issued a joint statement in support of the appeal of The Central Committee of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front (AINDF) issued on Thursday 25th of July:
The Central Committee of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front of south Korea , the vanguard anti-imperialist , pro-reunification organisation of the south Korean people has issued an appeal which calls for the south Korean people from walks of life to stage an anti-Japanese and anti-conservative struggle.
In recent weeks Japan has grossly interfered in south Korean affairs and acted in a typically neo-colonist way . As is well-known Japan is the sworn enemy of all the Korean people , north and south . Japan has taken so-called retaliatory measures against south Korea which are really aimed at destroying the south Korean economy so that Japan can take over south Korea basically.
It is vital that the south Korean people rise up in the struggle against Japan and against pro-Japanese conservative and right wing forces in south Korea. The pro-Japanese elite in south Korea should be swept away by the victorious struggle of the people of south Korea . May the south Korean people rise up against Japanese neo-colonialism !
Thus we strongly support this appeal of the Central Committee of the AINDF and hope that the south Korean people will be victorious in their struggle against Japanese imperialism , the sworn enemy of the Korean people .
