The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK (ASSPUK), the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Korean Friendship Association of the UK KFA UK ), and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification in Korea (BSCPRKP)issued the following joint statement in support of the press statement of comrade Kang Sun Nam, minister of National Defence of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK);
Recently, there was a so-called summit between the US and its vassal states south Korea and Japan at which slanders were hurled at People's Korea but there was also discussion about the Ukraine situation. Clearly, the US wants to involve Japan and south Korea in Ukraine which is like pouring oil on an already burning fire.
In his statement, comrade Kang Sun Nam DPRK National Defence Minister denounces south Korea and Japan for sending large amounts of military aid to Ukraine as well as the US for supply F16 fighter planes to Ukraine pointing out that the US "is driving the Ukrainian crisis to the brink of world nuclear war "
The DPRK will strengthen cooperation with neighbouring countries and will take overwhelming counter-actions against the US in order to overpower its threat .
We support the just stand of the DPRK for international justice and peace .
