Pyongyang, July 22 (KCNA) -- In order to successfully advance the cause of socialism in the face of the counterrevolutionary offensive, it is necessary to consolidate the revolutionary and class positions first of all, and their solidity depends on the class education, says Rodong Sinmun Wednesday in an article.

Unless the education in faith and working class viewpoint is intensified among the people, their class consciousness will diminish, though they are the people who weathered trials. Furthermore, it is impossible to defend the revolutionary and class positions consolidated generation after generation.
Class consciousness is nurtured and strengthened by constant education.
It is a vital issue deciding the future of the cause of socialism to awaken the young people to class consciousness and train them to be strong in class consciousness in the revolutionary struggle continuing generation after generation.
The rising generations, who have never undergone exploitation and oppression and severity of war, are emerging as the main force of the Korean revolution. Such situation calls for steadily intensifying the class education.
When we awaken the rising generations to their class identity and harden their will to carry forward the revolution through dynamic ideological offensive and class education, we can add luster to the history and traditions of our ever-victorious revolution. -0-
