There is no alienated , oppressed underclass in the DPRK , everyone feels that they have a stake in society (UK KFA delegations have witnessed this for themselves visiting the DPRK ) , Thirdly , in the DPRK the election process starts with mass electors meetings at which candidates are nominated , basically no one who does not have the support of the people can forward to the final ballot
