The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK (ASSPUK) , the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE), the UK Korean Friendship Association (UK KFA ) , and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification in Korea (BSCPRKP)issued a joint statement in support of the statement of the Strategic Force of the Korean People's Army (KPA) that was issued on the 8th of August :
The Strategic Force of the Korean People's Army (KPA draw correct attention to the ill boding and provocative actions of the US imperialists . Recently the US has test fired the ICBM Minuteman-3 at its Vandenberg Air Force Base in California State targeting the DPRK, the fourth one this year, openly staged an actual nuclear strike drill targeting the strategic objects of the DPRK by mobilizing its nuclear strategic bombers formation stationed at its Anderson Air Force Base on Guam in the Pacific. It is driving the situation on the Korean peninsual to an extreme pitch by openly bringing various kinds of nuclear strategic hardware .
Given the grave situation the KPA Strategic Force issued a warning to the US that if it does not desist from it aggresive moves then it will strike at US military bases on Guam , a Pacific island that the US imperialists have turned into a colony and a military base . Pre-emptive action is not the sole monopoly of the US !
We support the right of People's Korea to self-defence . If the US really wants peace it should desist from threatening and provoking People's Korea !
