Rodong Sinmun Urges Worldwide Movement to Foil Imperialists′ Double-Standard Policy

Pyongyang, December 17 (KCNA) -- The world peace-loving people should wage a vigorous struggle to foil the double-standard policy of the imperialists that has been denied in history, says Rodong Sinmun Saturday in a bylined article.

The United States and other imperialists have pursued double standards to address international issues in their favor and force other nations to accept their demands, says the article.

It cites detailed facts to expose that they have applied the unjust double-standard policy in such international issues as human rights, terrorism, nuclear activities.

The DPRK has been a target of their more persistent application of this policy, it notes, and goes on to say:

It is an inadmissible insult and slander to the dignity and sovereignty of the DPRK and height of the application of double-standard policy for the imperialists to raise its "human rights issue".

The imperialists also spoke ill of the DPRK's satellite launch. This shows to what extent their double-standard policy has reached.

Their double-standard policy wrecks international security and stability, makes one take justice for injustice and vice versa and prevents the principles of equality and impartiality in international relations from keeping.

This policy does not disappear itself. It will become impotent only when the world people valuing peace and aspiring after independence strive to solve international issues in the principles of equality and impartiality. -0
