Korean-style Socialism Is Biggest Gain in 100-year History of Kim Il Sung′s Korea--Rodong Sinmun

Pyongyang, December 9 (KCNA) -- Korean-style socialism centered on the popular masses is the great choice and sum in the history of 100 years under the Juche calendar, says Rodong Sinmun Friday in a bylined article.

The history of Korean-style socialism is just the sacred history of President Kim Il Sung's revolutionary activities, the article says, and goes on:

He devoted his whole life to building socialism of Juche, and so it is impossible to talk about Juche socialism without the august name of the President.

The centenary history of Kim Il Sung's Korea is the glorious history in which the problem of consolidating and developing the ideological foundation of socialism has been successfully solved under the banner of Juche.

The struggle for socialism in the DPRK has been waged under the most correct guideline since its start thanks to the extraordinary insight and foresightedness of Kim Il Sung.

The Juche-based theory on socialism is displaying its vitality through centuries with the energetic activities of leader Kim Jong Il, the peerless thinker-theoretician.

The centenary of Kim Il Sung's Korea is a history in which genuine socialism was built in this land and its true nature has been preserved steadfastly.

The history of socialist movement in the present times clearly proves the immovable truth that socialism will go to ruin if its true nature is abandoned, but will win, if preserved.

A boundlessly rosy future is in store for Korean-style socialism that will greet the second century of Juche, the article says, and continues:

It is the irresistible trend of the world at present to aspire after socialism. As long as there are people and the struggle of mankind for social progress continues, socialism will exist forever.

As everyone officially recognizes, Korean-style socialism is the most reasonable socialist system which is able to solve the serious social problems in the present times.

The most admirable success in the centenary history of Juche is that the problem of ensuring continuity of the socialist cause was settled perfectly in keeping with the demand of the revolution and the aspiration of the people.

There is no doubt that Korean socialism, with greatest superiority and might over capitalism, will make a history of victory and miracle in its new centenary, too. -0-
