Pyongyang, December 13 (KCNA) -- A national seminar took place at the People's Palace of Culture on Dec. 13 to deeply grasp the intention of the Party on modeling the whole Party on the idea of living our own way.
Attending it were officials of the party, administrative bodies, working people's organizations and scientific, educational, literature and arts, media, party cadres training organs and officials in the field of the preservation of revolutionary relics here.
The seminar heard the papers explaining and proving the theoretical and practical issues arising in the struggle of the entire Party, the whole state and all the people to more vigorously conduct the drive for increased production for attaining the goals of the five-year strategy for national economic development under the banner of self-reliance, in hearty response to the noble intension of the Party on living our own way.
Speakers said that the work to imbue the whole Party with the above-said idea is in essence the one to equip the whole Party with the ideological viewpoint and fighting spirit to resolve everything in the interests of the Korean revolution and people and in conformity with the specific conditions of the country by our own efforts.
They also emphasized that for the entire party, the whole state and all the people to live and struggle our own way is a noble work to glorify the feats the great leaders performed in the building of a powerful socialist country.
To advance under the slogan "Let us live our own way!" is the basic requirement of making a breakthrough in the revitalization of the construction of the overall socialist economy by making the Korean people fully display the superiority of the self-supporting economy, they said.
They explained the main requirement of waging a revolutionary ideological campaign to imbue the entire party with the above-said idea.
They called for becoming honorable victors in the drive for increased production for carrying out the goals of the five-year strategy by frustrating the sanctions of the hostile forces under the banner of self-reliance.
Speakers expressed their determinations to remain loyal to the guidance of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, bear in mind the Party's slogan and thus make positive contributions to bringing earlier the final victory in the building of a powerful socialist country by one's own efforts, technology and wisdom. -0-
