On October 20, the members of the UPP held a rally outside the Supreme Court in Seoul to demand a close investigation into the abuse of judicial power of the Ministry of Justice when Yang Soong-tae was in the president of the Supreme Court and release of Lee Seok-gi, a former member of the UPP.
