Stop acts running against improvement of inter-Korean ties!



Thanks to active step taken by the DPRK, inter-Korean high-level talks was held in Panmunjom, symbol of national division, with the result the north-south communication lines that had been shut down are now resumed and a door to dialogue that had been stalled is opened. A delegation for field survey visited south Korea to ensure the performance of north Korean art troupe to be given in south Korea with the 23rd Winter Olympics as an occasion.

However, south Korean die-hard conservative forces, seized by submission toward the U.S. and confrontation with the fellow countrymen, are spouting a string of rubbish destroying climate for national reconciliation and improvement of inter-Korean relations.

The conservative parties including the Liberty Korea Party and mass media are vociferous about applying sanctions and pressure for north Korea's abandonment of nuke, while painting north Korea's sincere efforts as "a tactic to gain time for perfecting the nuclear forces", "camouflaged peace offensive aiming at disintegration of south Korea-U.S. alliance" and "an intrigue to avert sanctions".

The conservative mass media made litany of such assertions that it is Pyongyang Olympics not Pyeongchang Olympics, north Korea behaves like host, north Korea agreed the participation of the Winter Olympics to use it as its propaganda place and north Korea uses the Winter Olympics as an occasion to make propaganda of peace with nuke.

What should not overlook is riffraff of Park Geun-hye defamed the supreme dignity of north Korea and burnt the flags of north Korea and reunification in Seoul, shouting opposition of north Korea's participation in the Olympics.  

Broad segments of south Korean people are inflamed with surging indignation against the conservative forces and mass media which have worked hard to make the Winter Olympics as a venue of inter-Korean confrontation not the one of peace and turn the Korean Peninsula into a nuclear battlefield of powers.

The conservative forces should stop at once acts against the nation and reunification, mindful of they will surely have to pay dearly for their crimes.
