The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK),the
Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE),the UK Korean Friendship
Association(UK KFA) and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and
Reunification(BSCPRKP) made the following commentary on the recent inte-Korean talks at Panmunjom on the 9th of January :Firstly ,our organisations broadly welcomes the positive outcome of the north -south talks at Panmunjom which represented a significant break though in inter-Korean relations and the struggle for reunification . It is positive that the DPRK will send a team to the Winter Olympics . At the talks the two sides agreed to pursue reunification on the Juche -orientated principle of 'By Our Nation Itself' , rejecting the interference of outside forces .
This outcome is not a result of concessions but the fruit of Songun politics and the DPRK's nuclear deterrent.
After the successful north-south talks the south Korean puppets appear to be pouring cold water over them by saying things like the credit should go to Trump !!! How on earth can south Korea praise this ultra -right fascist who has threatened the genocide of the entire Korean nation .
Trump had nothing to do with the talks . The talks were held as a result of the initiative taken by respected Marshal KIM JONG UN in his New Year Address. Credit should go to Marshal KIM JONG UN for the breakthough in inter Korean relations .
Korea's reunification will come as a result of the unified efforts of the Korean people not by Trump , the US imperialists or any other outside force ! The banner of national independence must be raised high.
The peace movement, progressive and labour movements should demand the withdrawal of US forces from south Korea and the independent reunfication of Korea
KOREA IS ONE !
