IACC denounces US anti DPRK policy

IACC denounces the US-led imperialist conspiracy of creating war tensions in the Korean Peninsula . Ever since the Korean victory over fascist Japan at the end of the Second World War  USA and the other imperialist powers denied the  Korean people's right to a sovereign state. They artificially divided the Korean peninsula, installed a puppet regime in South Korea and engineered the Korean war. Even after Armistice the United States and its puppet regime in South Korea maintained a belligerent hostile attitude to DPRK. They militarily threatened DPRK and constantly tried to destabilise and ultimately topple the socialist regime of DPRK, labelling the country as "Axis of Evil". They regularly held military exercises even with nuclear submarine and on many occasions staged armed incursions into DPRK. After DPRK's successful nuclear tests and peaceful satellite launch thwarted their attempts of nuclear blackmail and threat the military drills became increasingly more aggressive. Denying DPRK's right to access nuclear deterrence for self-defense and to peacefully develop satellite launching technology,  USA used the UN to censure DPRK for these acts, imposed crippling sanctions and threatened DPRK with premptive nuclear attack.  IACC denounces the hostile attitude of USA and its allies  towards socialist DPRK and demands that they honour DPRK's legitimate right to self-defense, stop the aggressive military maneuvres and enter into dialogues with DPRK for peaceful settlement of all issues, respecting its sovereignty.
