Stop backup of leaflet scattering   421 civil organizations made public a joint statement against the US which is pushing ahead parliamentary hearing on leaflet scattering against north Korea.   More than 400 civil organizations including the South Side Committee for Implementing June 15 Joint Declaration stressed on a statement issued on January 29 that prohibition of leaflet scattering against north Korea is to secure security of residents living near the military demarcation line with signature of inter-Korean agreement. It is a minimum measure to restore inter-Korean confidence. It is an obvious interference in the internal affairs that the US Congress is talking about opening of hearing and review of it, it noted. They sent a letter to the US State Department and diplomatic commissions of the Senate and the House of Representatives.   Stop at once leaflet-scattering against north Korea   The US should stop manipulation of leaflet-scattering
