The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK (ASSPUK),the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) , the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) and British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification (BSCPRKP) issued a joint statement in support of the statement made by the 1st Vice Foreign Minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea(DPRK), Ms Choe Son Hui :
Recently US president Trump not only threatened People's Korea with military action but also slandered and insulted the supreme leadership of the DPRK . Such a thing is intolerable and outrageous . It shows that Trump is going back to the rhetoric of 2017 which tensions between the DPRK and US were very high , so high that in fact many people assumed war would break out sooner or later . Trump's remarks will only serve to inflame the situation and bring about the complete and final collapse of DPRK-US talks. It is a fact that not only has the DPRK implemented fully its side of the DPRK-US agreement but it also show a lot of restraint and perseverance but now Trump has trampled on this completely.
As Ms Choe Son Hui rightly states "If, if such phrases emerge once again and they are once again confirmed to be a calculated provocation of the U.S. against us, we will also start harsh words against the U.S. to counter it.
If any words and expressions stoking the atmosphere of confrontation are used once again on purpose at this crucial moment, it must really be diagnosed as the relapse of the dotage of a dotard."
We totally agree with what the 1st Vice Foreign Minister says and uphold her words . The DPRK will be right to counter the slanders of the US with words of their own choice , we support this .
The DPRK worked for peace but at the same time had no illusions about the US or Trump. The aggressive nature of US imperialism has never changed nor has the hostile policy of the US towards the DPRK.
We support the just stand of the DPRK as expressed by 1st vice Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui.
