The so-called all party parliamentary group
on the DPRK invited yet another "defector" (i.e traitor to the Juche
motherland) Dr.Heung-kwang Kim The report said
"Kim said he
trained student hackers at a university in the industrial North Korean
city of Hamhung for two decades before defecting in 2003."
2003-20=1983. In 1983 internet even didn't exist, not even in the West, so how could he have been training hackers in 1983???
