KCNA Commentary Hits CI's "Report"

Pyongyang, February 28 (KCNA) -- The Commission of Inquiry (CI) on the human rights situations in the DPRK, organized under the UN Human Rights Council, has recently released a "report".
The "report" misrepresents the true picture of the DPRK people enjoying genuine rights and is peppered with sheer lies and fabrications, deliberately cooked up by such riff-raffs as those who defected from the DPRK and criminals who escaped from it after committing crimes in the country.
That is why many countries and even Western media have said that the "report" is so biased and has no credibility, querying how such thing could be distributed as a UN document.
Russia's Internet magazine Tibilrus said in an article titled "UN Creature" that the "report" was apparently ordered, adding the United Nations damaged its prestige with such absurd and vague document. Questionable is the fact that the "report" was released at a time when the DPRK has exerted much effort for improved north-south relations and the reunification of the divided country, the article pointed out.
Jean-Vincent Brisset, an expert at a French institute of strategic studies, said in an interview with the newspaper La Croix that he could hardly recognize the "report" as it is an unscientific document without the confirmation of data. And he stressed that the "report" should, instead, mention how the United States has pursued its hostile policy toward the DPRK and destroyed the gains made between the north and the south of Korea for decades.
Rosanita Campos, vice-president of the Party for Free Motherland of Brazil, said in a statement titled "Obama's servant invents a Nazi report against the DPRK" carried in the newspaper Hora do Povo:
Nobody knows Michael Kirby, who would appear abruptly in exclusive reptile media of various countries to make false propaganda against socialist Korea.
He is likely the chairman of a UN committee on Korean affairs which acts under the U.S. baton. His mission is to make false rumours about the DPRK by concocting "evidences" as demanded by Washington and thus join the U.S.-led international cooperation against the DPRK.
He has neither been to Pyongyang nor met with government officials of the DPRK.
But, following without any consideration the Nazi theory that making rounds of lies turns to be truth, he had been invited on many occasions to Seoul where all structures are ready to collect "evidence" needed to work out the "report", a false document, through interviews with south Koreans and some "defectors from the north".
His Nazist approach towards the DPRK is aimed to paint socialist Korea as the Nazis abusing human rights and sue the DPRK to the International Criminal Court that works for political interests of the U.S. and its allies taking as a target of attack the statesmen of countries which do not follow Neo-liberalism.
The facts clearly show that the "report" is an extremely dangerous political provocation aimed to undermine the DPRK's social system by defiling its dignified image and tightening pressure upon it. It is an outcome of the U.S. disgusting hostility towards the DPRK that has continued for scores of years.
The U.S. is a kingpin of human rights violation, which slaughters innocent people, bringing untold disasters through aggression and intervention worldwide.
It has killed civilians in Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, Pakistan and other countries and openly supplied weapons to rebel forces in independent countries including Syria, flagrantly violating their sovereignty.
It operates prisons in different parts of the world, including Guantanamo, maltreating the inmates.
The U.S., tundra of human rights and a veritable hell, is infamous for systematic worldwide tapping and surveillance.
Therefore, it is preposterous for the U.S. to talk about other's "human rights violation".
The U.S. is the mastermind of worldwide human rights abuses and a special-class human rights abuser that should have been brought to the International Criminal Court.
The DPRK people will never remain an onlooker to such disgusting deed of slinging mud at the dignity and social system of the DPRK, prompted by inveterate antagonism toward the Korean-style socialism centred on the popular masses.
The foolish attempt of the hostile forces to infringe upon the sovereignty of the DPRK and undermine its socialist system by making a bad use of the human rights issue for insidious political purpose will meet a stern punishment by history. -0-
