ASSOCIATION FOR THE STUDY OF SONGUN POLITICS
London 2nd of April Juche 103(2014)
The ASSPUK, Juche Idea Study Group of England and UK Korean Friendship Association issued the following joint statement in connection with the adoption of an anti DPRK by the UN Human Rights Council.
We sternly denounce the recent adoption of the "resolution" against the DPRK at the UN Human Rights Council which is nothing but an overt manifestation of the US imperialist "Human rights " racket against the DPRK and the conspiracy of the imperialist reactionary forces to stifle Korean -style socialism of Juche using "human rights " as leverage.
The vote by the "UN Human Rights Council " constitutes serious interference in the internal affairs of the DPRK and is actually contrary to the fundamental principles of the UN . As to the "UN Human Rights Council " this body is nothing but a marionette of US imperialism , an executive agency for destroying socialism and independence.
Those forces , the US , Japan and EU , that have brought the "human rights " suit against the DPRK have no face and no business to talk about human rights . The US has the biggest prison population in the world . The US is associated with racism and discrimination and is home to organisations like the Ku Klu Klan . It is the US that has invaded dozens of countries and sparked major wars in Iraq and Afghanistan that have cost millions of lives. US imperialism is the chieftain of modern colonialism and the worst human rights abuser. Japan forced Korean women and women from other Asian countries into sexual slavery , an unparalleled crime . The EU has millions of people unemployed and worker's rights are attacked all the time in the EU. Thus the "human rights standard" of the "UN Human Rights Council " is a false and hypocritical one.
We fully support the statement of the DPRK Foreign Ministry of Sunday 30th of March . We resolve to more firmly defend Juche-based socialism against the slanders of the US imperialists and conspiracies to stifle Juche-based socialism .
