On the issue of the Panorama anti DPRK programme

John Sweeney the so-called undercover journalist openly admits to giving false information about his occupation and the nature of his visit to the DPRK authorities .  It is interesting to note what the UK Border Agency say about any foreign nationals who try to trick them "We will refuse your visa if we find that you have given false or misleading information, or failed to give important relevant information. You could be banned from applying for a visa for 10 years.". Basically Sweeney has done something that in most countries would be considered a criminal offence or near to one.
The big answered question is whether Sweeney used a passport or travel document in his own name or with a different name ?
