Carrier rocket Unha-3 with the
artificial earth satellite Kwangmyongsong 3-2 atop blasted off
successfully at forty six seconds of nine forty nine a.m. on December
12, Juche 101(2012).
It was a behest of leader Kim
Jong Il to launch a
scientific and technological satellite in Juche 101(2012) marking the
centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung.
Leader Kim
Jong Il pursued the noble
will of President Kim Il Sung
who went on a new road with great idea to conquer the space and gave
a strategic line to develop artificial earth satellites, putting the
development of space science and technology on a firm basis.
As a result, the DPRK
manufactured an artificial earth satellite, an aggregate of latest
science and technology, with its own technology and efforts and
launched the first test-satellite successfully on Juche 87(1998) at a
go.
On the basis of the attained
successes and experiences leader Kim Jong Il
in his lifetime planned the launch of a working satellite to further
develop space science and technology and open up a broader avenue of
the building of a thriving nation.
Marshal Kim
Jong Un, supreme leader
of the Korean Party, State and Army devoted all his meditation and
ardor to accomplish all things planned and guided by leader Kim
Jong Il.
Eventually, the DPRK launched
its working satellite into space in Juche 101(2012).
It took the DPRK 14 years to put
a working satellite on space after the first test-satellite
launching.
Kwangmyongsong 3-2, an earth
observation satellite revolving along the polar orbit is a satellite
of Korean style as everything including designing, manufacture,
assembly, lift-off and monitoring devices after the blast-off was
indigenously produced 100%.
Under the affection and trust of

Korean scientists and technicians wound up the scientific research
for improving the reliability and precision of the carrier rocket and
the satellite in a short span of time and successfully launched off

national power of Korea.
Now the scientists and
technicians of the DPRK are filled with burning determinations to
develop and launch a variety of working satellites including
communications satellites and carrier rockets of bigger capacity with
the same spirit and stamina with which they launched the artificial
earth satellite Kwangmyongsong 3-2 successfully.
The Korean people will in the
future too, implement the behests of leader Kim
Jong Il under the
leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un
and build a space power the world looks up to.
